Good strain for a grow box

Hey I'm going to be purchasing the superstar from super closet. Has anyone bought one before? If so how was it, do you recommend a certain strain to grow. I'm looking to get a good strain that does not grow super tall and has high yield

Those things are extremely overpriced.. some would say a rip off. You could build the same thing for 1/4 price, and if it doesn't have to be stealthy, you could get a 2x2 tent, 150/250w HPS, some fans and a carbon filter for less than 400 bux.. Just saying.

from what i see he asked about strains not a knock on what he plans too grow with. i mean yeah he could build something better but some people are not handy with tools n building stuff. far as the question. most people go with an indica dominant strain not only for shorter flowering times but also there compact nature. look around on a few seed banks find you a nice indica dom.

Just letting him know he can save on some money.. didn't mean to disrespect. If it has to be super stealth and he can't build one himself then it's a fine solution.. better than not growing that's for sure.

Yeah I know I can build but I'm not that good I need something super stealth and I like the turn key idea that I don't have to do much plus I'm a glass blower and more time I can spend behind the torch the better

Thanks liddle for the info I will be go the indica route for my first attempt I've never done a hydro grow before only soil so this will be a little new to me and with my soil grows I had all the room in the world but now I'm older with a family gotta be more careful

I would go for stocky indica's too. Kush, Space Queen Lineage, even a Trinity cut would be rad. [Used to have this Trinity/Shark's Breath cut that was off the hook....then stolen and killed ]

Med-man has a few that I drool over.

White Rhino from Green House Seeds is a nice short plant with good indoor yield and responds well to LST. I'm growing a couple at the moment.

Low stress training, this is where you tie or bend the main stem of the plant so that other meristems [bud sites] will receive increased amounts of hormone, which creates many cola's instead of just one, essentially.

Topping is a similar method, but isn't "low stress" per se....
