Hi I was wondering if you guys accept Visa debit card or is it just credit card? And also I'm hoping to get some seeds shipped to bc, Canada, where seeds are legal to buy, I'm wondering if there is still a chance they will be intercepted at customs or are they likely to be safe? A problem with customs is always a possibility. It's not just that they're cannabis seeds - it's that you're importing plant material into your country.
Visa debit cards should be fine as long as they're authorized for international purchases.

It really sucks that they don't take PayPal and I have to wait for mail. I had to pay 33 dollars to get my money over there quickly. I suppose this is not gorillas problem, it's the same for all the out of country banks. I'm not so patiently waiting..... hope it comes quick

If you look at Paypal's TOS, they specifically mention cannabis seeds as something that you can't sell through them - it's a long list & includes things like e-cigs the last time I checked.
And, you guys know how Paypal is. As much as I love my personal Paypal account, they will freeze your account & keep your money if you break their rules.
Sometimes, it's just slow to update.
I've had orders arrive & the delivery not update for another few days.
It doesn't happen often, but it happens.
I've also had my shipment take a tour of New England before heading back down south to where I live.
Odd things happen now & then - it is the US Post Office, after all.

It takes a couple days to get from England to US, but it takes SEVERAL days (5-10) to get thru ISC once it arrives... both my last orders took over 5 days of 'sitting' in Chicago ISC before finally moving on... soaking a Blue Kripple as we speak...
If customs DOES hit it, the package still ships, they just remove the contraband and seal it with homeland security tape, and finish mailing. And no, no one asks any questions or comes looking later...
USPS sucks at sorting speed on packages... just keep checking, eventually it will leave the sort facility, and you will have you beans within 3 days of that.
Please PM us your information so we can look.
When you completed checkout, the screen should have displayed an order number, but we should be able to find you if you let us know the approximate time you ordered, your name, email address & at least one of the seeds you ordered.
We can't pull you by CC# because we don't store that information on our servers.

I am also hoping my account was not frauded as a result. I received an email back from the gorilla seed staff reporting that no order was placed, and this worries me since my account was indeed charged right after checkout.

If you're already talking to our support staff via email, I won't be able to see anything they can't see.
In fact, they can probably see more about the actual charges than I can.
However, if you don't get a good answer, please get back with us here.
I'm guessing they'll want to see a screenprint of the charge, etc. to try to nail things down a little bit.

I had my last order sitting on my steps for two days (i was out of town) and my tracking number according to usps still havent arrived. I got it on sunday

Updating you guys, so you know how wonderful and genuine Sherry and Gorilla are.
A few weeks back another company shafted me on my re-ship when customs seized that package. Paid for their "insurance" and stealth. A month later still has yet to re-ship. All i get from customer service there still to this day is "We will send you a confirmation of shipping once that happens"
So throwing that unnamed company aside as they will never receive anymore of my money I went on the search for a new supplier. After reading this thread and seeing how active and polite Sherry was with customers (even those who were not so nice to her) I made up my mind to go with Gorilla. Purchased some Tutunkhaman and some Jack Herer. Had to wait a few weeks for the Tut to come back, but didn't mind, just meant fresh seeds. Plus, I'd been waiting so long for the other seeds, whats it going to hurt to wait a little longer. Sherry stayed in contact with me during the waiting process and even held my hand (probably more than I would like to admit) through the entire process.
Got an email last week saying they had shipped. Tracking was accurate for me and worked well. They even mailed my beans out on a Saturday, working overtime. Got my package last night after work. Enjoying those movie choices LOL. Everything came in perfect, beans looked healthy. Can't say enough good things about Sherry and my experience with Gorilla.

Nice man let me know how urs popped all my freebies and one I paid for haven't yet been almost a week and looked really pale hope they pop on my next order I'm going to make sure they at least look at them to make sure they look viable kind of sucks but not much I can do
