i have a friend who has MS and is on disability...she lives in a freestanding house that the government partialy subsidizes...when she has inspections they just come in and see if all the appliances are in working order, if theres smoke detecters, etc...the inspector told her that they cant even say anything about the cleanliness of the dwelling just as long as all the shit works...she doesnt grow or anything but just thought id share my experiences with home inspectors...

also, ive been running a 400w MH/HPS for 18/6, a window AC, 2 fans, and a cfl growbox with 2 fans and 200w of cfls over the last month and my electric bill only went up $18...

Ha yeah, we just cut the fuckers in half with some sisors and decided on a reasonable share. It was some pretty crystall buds for only using 26 watt cfls, my fingers were sticking like flypaper after doing some cuttings. Aesome experience, its so cool when oppertunities like that pop up.
