Go ahead and flip now if you want, I don't wait myself, but some people DO wait a day or two after transplanting before they flip.

Flip if you want, they only stand to get bigger at this point lol. Not quite but it was getting there, maybe had another week in that container tops. I wait a weak just to minimize the stress I am putting on the plants but I am also doing more training than you are and growing feminized strains. Hows the biggun that you topped looking?

I think im gonna give them 1 more day of 24/0 The little one seems to be really enjoying its new pot. And the Big one that I topped a week ago hasn't grown any more new growths...? lmao what you said happened tho seemed like everything else bulked up... idk I guess i'll c what happens haha.

GROW UPDATE: DAY 46 from Transplant of clone, (vegging) start of Day 1 of Flowering NOW Just flipped the lights off on the ladies!!!! kinda excited, I did a ghetto fabulous as I call it seal of my closet door just went and bought 6 bicycle tubes from wally world, cut em and nailed em to the frame of the closet door and all around floor and all. Worked pretty good! Now when I wake up to take a piss at 3am I don't look at my closet half asleep thinkin a ufo is landing in there! Just now at 8:45 I flipped the lights off for the first time!! Im wondering if i'll c a difference in the morning? lol?

I don't think you will man, I see light coming from my closet all the time, when I'm not even looking for it, but it doesn't hurt.

Ok so the grow room first night when I shut the lights off it was 72F and it dropped to 57F. Last night I shut the lights off at 77F and woke up with it at 61F.... what you guys think?

Not a prob man, I didn't see a noticeable change in anything until I had over a week of 40 and below on my outdoor plants last season, and even then, it was only a little slowed growth and P lockout on both the Indica and Sativa., but more the Indica.
My Sativa heavy plant was a nute hog, as is this Sour D., but it was also more temp resistant.

warmed up slightly, every morning my grow closet is at 64F now. day temps are 73-79F ranging if it has door open with cool air blowing in or closed door small fan circulating air. also about 10-11 days ago topped the big plant and just for shits and giggles threw the cutting in a glass of water, Sure enough it has roots! 
This pic was from 3days ago now they were long. Just threw it in a Dixie cup with soil and gave it a watering, and threw it in my office room closet with one desk lamp 2700K CFL. lets see what can happen lol

Took these Pics this morning. Tonight will be start of week2 of 12/12. The little one spurt real nice. On my last pic im trying to point out little shoots that are happening all over the bottom side of the plant. are these what I would cut off to "lollipop?" as me& natrohydro were talking about? Im hoping this is female, it looks as if the plant is growing little thorns every where.

IDK what you meant by 'should you cut off to lollipop', but Here's a pic of what I did to my Indica last outdoor season.
I had to constantly keep trimming off the little nubbies that would start popping out from the stem.

WOAH!~! Ok I must be lost because idk how the fuck you did that. I thought lolipopping was when the plant stretches (like mine did) and you cut of the low under growths that would just make popcorn nugs, and instead the top growths grow better or something? lol? (still a noob obviously) and were you tryna make a joke cuz I stretched the plants say nice going....?

Naw man, this one in pic was WAY stretched, left it in basement for first 6 weeks or so, with only a few hrs light per day, then shoved her outside.
Wasn't poking fun or anything.
I still had popcorn on the stem, but tried lopping off all the lower branches.

nice plants, but nah..not root bound. root bound it when it circles the bottem and then starts growing upwards and tangles itself up.

when you lollipop you trim the bottem 1/3 of the plant becuase your plants are too tall for the light you have.
