Grow Box

That's gorgeous, I'm setting up in my bedroom closet but damn wish I could build something like this.......really nice....kudos!
Thank you, it really didnt take much to build, Planning and time about it, no real carpentry skill used here ahah. But if your looking for something similar but dont wanna build it i would try looking into wardrobe's from wal-mart or ikea. They are cheap and plenty of space! best of all they are super stealthy. My only suggestions if using one of these is:

A - When assembling use wood glue on all the seems (makes it sooo much stronger) i do this with all my pressboard / MDF furniture (book shelves tv stands blah blah). Not only dose this make it last longer but takes most of the wobble out of them from the cheap snap locks.

B - Caulk every seam with white caulking before lining with panda film or mylar. This helps air seal and light seal the box (as the joints were ment to hold air or light in and out).

c - VAPOR BARRIER !!! i cant stress this enough MDF will not hold up against moisture, so if you choose to go with mylar over panda film spend 10-15$ at home depot and by some plastic used for vapor barrier in your home (between the insulation and drywall). This will save you so much time down the road!

I'm starting to think i either have two different genetics of white widow or two different strains altogether. 3/4 plants are much shorter in node spacing and have a much shorter and wider leaf. Where as the one plant has very long slender leaves and wide node spacing and is growing very tall.

All my seeds came from the same pack from one seed bank. The pack was sealed from the breeder ( vision). any thoughts?
you definatly have a difference in genetics but i think its more of a pheno thing than actual genetics...if that makes any sense

I Get what you mean. Pheno is the visible characteristics i believe is it not? which would explain the difference in appearance but will this also effect the quality?

* UPDATE*

I topped the nice tall plant get him to bush out some more and Matthebrute you inspired me to try a LST also. So i Started one plant down the LST road tonight, im thinking they will be in veg for another week possibly 2 like i said before i am aiming for 10" veg hight as i want to reach just about 2' in final size.

@Matthebrute Whats your method of LST? I have never done this in pots only outdoors. I was planning on taking the main stock and directing it around the outside of the pot till it comes back to the first tie point the to flower it go's. This how you do it?

i just tie a piece of string around the top of the plant and yard it down to the rim of the pot, leave it there for about 2 weeks and then cut the string

yeah, unfortunatly the thing with genetics is they will never be completly the same, thats like having a child and him/her growing up to look identical to the parent, granted sometimes mother looks like daughter or father like son but NEVER exactly the same...unless cloned, which is whats nice about MJ if you get them perfect genetics you can make a mother and clone clone clone

Looking forward to seeing how this one goes, subscribed :)
as am i! I am very happy with the veg so far. doing much better then anticipated!

Well week 4 is over. I have topped 2 of the plants one earlier in the week and on last night. The one earlier is showing very good growth! I have done the second round of nutrients, And i think they are almost ready for flower another couple inches!

Love the strong indica traits :)
yes hopefully they stay short and bushy!!

Quick question any info would be nice. I have to take clones A: for my mother and B: for the second crop. I was planning on doing this the beginning of week 6 which i think will be the last week of veg (depending how much growth i get this week) to give them time to re grow before flower..or should i just wait till the day i toss them in flower?

your going to want to take clones from the lower nodes anyways and they will never regrow (what you cut, you will get new top growth but the branch itself you cut wont grow back) so just take your clones from bottom nodes that will likely just be popcorn nuggets.

Good thinking, As i was going to trim the bottoms a bit anyway's for air flow.

Sorry for the absence i have recently just moved and havent had the internet..Brutal lol

anyway's this is pretty much though week 6, Clones have been taken, plants are in flower, and i made new light hoods!

Bad news is since i have been in the middle of moving i havent had my nut's and such available. so the plants have missed there first flower feeding and they are a bit upset for sure. Im sure the move its self didnt help.
