How much did that light cost to build? Those plants are looking good!

all up it cost about 280 euro. My power costs 0.46 kw so it comes out cheaper in a few grows than the 400 hps.

I did some experiments and I think 8 inch is light bleaching. moved back to 10 inches. here you can see the tip of this leaf is lighter while the area covered by another leaf it stays green.

I went in and did a small lollipop on the og kush and very light fan removal on the other two (bottom most fans) the most, I tucked. In this process I found a few of those older fan had pushed their way to the top .... and go some light bleaching. I am now watching to see if 26cm is okay (~10inches). In these pictures you can see the banding where parts of the leaf were covered while it was at 8 inches a week or so.

You mentioned in your first post that things went horrible the first time around. What happened?

Nice grow.
I still use dropper vial ph tester and keep around 5.6 or 5.8. foliage is lighter green but no def. Whenever ph is 6.2 or 6.5? I end up with green plants but others def signs start showing :peace:

I went on holiday and used bagseed. combine that with a screw up in feeding ..no rooting out which lead to over feeding and I had put in too much epsom salts. So a few things. Learning as I go. I never seem to pull off flowering without screwing up ... I hope for better this time.

My pen is all screwy so the dropper vial just works better. since using that my plants haven't looked better.

Day 25

Thing continue with my clones as well. I have to slow down their growth as I am not flowering these until new year. Lots of little tricks to slow them down while I train them out. I am going to cut at the first node but not until I get them nice and fit ... while growing them slow. Look carefully and you will see that I have cut the a fan leaf off the largest stalk to slow it down. when they even out they all lose their fan leaves. The top I am going to grow as that is where I want the energy to be mostly put while I grow them slowly. PLan for these plants is to have 4 mains in a 20cm square.

Day 28

Slowly plodding away. First is the Blue Dream (left) and then the trainwreck (right). Frosting up nicely. The Blue Dream looks like it will be fatter while the trainwreck might have more frost. The tall stalk is a trainwreck cola.

Day 30
Things are remaining the same. EC 1.3, PH 5.8, 3 feeds a day and lights holding at 26cm. My OG kush grew about 10cm above my mark and the fans got leaf burn. I bent the branch over so it will remain more level.

These are Christmas due (the 25th is 65 days flower .... makes it easy to count). I am welcoming the frost from Santa. I'm just finishing off my last nug from my grow so in happy land

. In a few days when I'm dry ..... I will be willing for Christmas to come even quicker.

p.s. if you click on the full version of the pictures .... and the zoom to correct size ... frost in close ... drool cause I'm gonna get to knock all this .... and you buggers just get to watch lol.

Has anyone out there grown HSO seeds? What do you think of their product?

Yeh just finished some hso blue dream and will be definitely getting some more hso dream beans with my next order

@ camandcandice I like the blue dream too. It grows very fast and the buds are bigger than the trainwreck. I think if I can space out the grow better they will look even better. I'm so looking forward to vaping this lot.

Day 35

About half way through. My "plan" is to pull one down on the 23rd of December (if it is in my harvest window) and let the other two go as long as they need to. I need something for new year.

Overall I'm much happier with this grow. I still need to space out the colas better as I have seen that the blue dream isn't fattening up like the trainwreck. The OG kush wasn't as mature as the other two plants so it started flowering a week later. I say the OG is only on day 28 in my mind.

But so far very happy that I might not need to do another grow this grow season (my grow season is getting enough for my personal supply for the year).

yea the trainwreck does look the nicest. I think The blue dream would have been better if I could get more light under the top leaves. I took off a few leaves from the Blue to get the light deeper. 30 days and I am counting the hours ... no ....... minutes

yea they are nice and green. I have noticed that growing in coco they seem to hold the green color a lot longer.
