idk why they didnt kick in my door. idk what they were doing to close to my apt. iddddkkkkkkk.
when i seen the chopper i stared at it and was unable to move. Maybe it was a scare tactic.. it was very loud and a police chopper next to my window is enough for me to pull my babes. i have no reason to over exaggerate.

I do, the money they'd spend to take 2 plants, then give themselves 14 hours of paperwork wouldn't be worth it. Seeing 2 plants isn't enough to prove anything though. If you had all your windows open, blinds up, and they could see 100 plants under multiple 1000W bulbs, they might have got a search warrant.

Dude seriously if they arnt knocking on your door or busting it open your fine, even then just shut your mouth and demand a lawyer

IF this story is true, the pilot and police department have broken various and I mean MANY, laws. All of the following are federal laws that would most likely have been broken.
These are all from Section 91.119 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
1. Over congested areas. Over any congested area of a city, town, or settlement, or over any open air assembly of persons, an altitude of 1,000 feet above the highest obstacle within a horizontal radius of 2,000 feet of the aircraft.
2. Over other than congested areas. An altitude of 500 feet above the surface, except over open water or sparsely populated areas. In those cases, the aircraft may not be operated closer than 500 feet to any person, vessel, vehicle, or structure.
3. No person may operate an aircraft in a careless or reckless manner so as to endanger the life or property of another.

When i was looking for a metal sheet of mesh wire a guy rolled his cart right next to me in the isle. After i left the isle to go back to a different part of the store he would stay at one section of the store and when i returned to the area he would be following me again. This same guy checked out across from me at a different register at the same time only buying a Mountain Dew. And one group of 2 was behind me at the check out buying something really random and cheap yet they were there for over an hour. like i said before this is not easy to explain and i dont expect any of you to understand it. please i do not need to be ridiculed.
about a month later a helicopter was flying right next to my window let me remind you im in a 2 story apt so someone flying that low next to a window is on to something.

Thats exactly what they want you to do. You're falling right into their trap. I'm afraid the only option you have now is to completely remove yourself from society. Trust NO ONE!

I would do the same thing as you, just know if you are planning on riding this thing out you will need to stop for a year, police investigations tend to take place for months while they are gathering evidence so it will be best to wait it out for a year to make sure nothing is gonna come down on you. I don't think you are being paranoid, better safe then having a felony.

Hey Iso make sure you avoid wal-mart, k-mart and those other large stores. Their cameras are all linked to homeland security and they will fly to those stores just for you in the same heli they flew at your window. Best not to shop anywhere man. Seriously be very careful, wouldn't want hing to happen to you. peace out
