Im not sure what would be the point? It isnt that hard or expensive to get a new solution which doesnt force you to adapt to vipars foot print and use their (i suppose...) dodgy drivers. You might have maybe 100$ of useable parts on both those lights.

The heatsinks and fans for sure for sure.

Not totally useless. That would run an old style 100V board at 80ish watts
Each one has a 12v. Plug to run the fans I'm wanting to use the housing , fans & heatsink to run about 350w of cobs for one of my 3x3 tents that right now has a 200w. CLW ss-275 its a bit shy of what I'm wanting the other 3x3 I'm running has 340w. 6 cob light & works good 400w. of cob not out of the question like timber 4-vero

Just my 2 cents... Not trying to be a negative Nancy lol, rather keeping it real. Probably better off just using them as veg lights or selling them on craigslist and using the money towards your build. IMHO LED is all about matching components up for the best performance AND also having the latest / greatest / most pricey tech. Of course one could use some old drivers and cobble something together thats less than ideal only to have the driver fail after a month since it's old. Then you have a pile of crap thats not worthy of paying to replace the obsolete driver.

The housing is pointless. Our goal with LEDs is to SSSPPPPRREEEEAAADD the light across out canopy as much as possible. Like a strip build.
