If she isn't ill and doesn't need it I would let it be. My attitude has always been to never force, cajole, urge, prod or even pressure anyone to have anything to do with MJ.
I've been with folks who I could tell wanted me to " convince " them to try some....nope I don't go there. I've noticed they are surprised by that attitude and usually seem a bit confused I'm not more pro try it.
I laugh and tell them " well more for me "
I DO not want that responsibility.
My exception is someone who is sick and could maybe benefit by MMJ.
Otherwise I could give a crap who does or doesn't use the product.
i will offer it & if they say No Thanks-that's it. if they ask questions-I'll answer up to a point where they are forcing their beliefs on me. that's when i say "you have your opinion & I have mine. they are not the same so let's move to a different topic" if they push the subject, i offer them a cookie & wait...MWAHAHAHAAA...I am kidding about the cookie part. why waste it on them

I agree 100%.
Her "need" for the product is there, just not on the usual list.

"By 2013, there were 3.2 million legal marijuana plants growing in Canada, more than two million of them in B.C. alone. Yet Health Canada had 15 inspectors for 30,271 licensed grow operations — one inspector for every 2,000 growers — and little power to hold them accountable. The department conducted just 75 inspections of medical marijuana sites in 2010, about 0.00005 per cent of the licences doled out that year, the documents reveal."

this misinformation shows just how mixed up people really are when it comes to real statistics or that they are trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes by lying about what's true and what's not.

??
Im pretty sure there were only 6000 med people growing and now there's what....half that?

Lists are like rules...you have to fall somewhere within....I don't fit into any of those boxes...kind of a circle peg/square hole...I bet if she tried it she would feel it's effects and possibly have a change of heart...but gb is right, no one wants to be forced into anything.

And therein lies the problem. They want to treat it and expect it to be a 'uniform standard' like a pharmaceutical drug when it isn't. I was told to eat alot of foods high in potassium to reduce my seizures, but not every banana has the identical amount of potassium. Stop calling it a drug and treat it as a natural health supplement. FFS
completely true and logical
