I don't know where you are getting your info but that is just wrong

Should take up to 6 weeks, no more ... I have heard this from a few sources not to mention my doctors who I happen to see on a weekly basis

Back in line? .... that is not how it works

I go to my doctor on Wednesday, get a new form, get it signed and then I send my application in ... takes a week by regular mail to get to Ottawa and 3-4 weeks to process it

Middle to the end of March and I'll have my new green slip ... still got my pink and still got my garden since everyone is still covered by section 7 sub-paragraph 56 which states that a person has the right to reasonable access to prescribed medication
I was on phone with HC just last week and was told in fact the wait time is now 3-4 months. Mine was received on Nov 15 2016 and he told me just hang in there, it will come, we are back logged.

Yeah HC has been processing my form for 131 days now. I was talking to my doctor and they have contacted her twice now like wtf. Health Canada has had my forms since the end of September. So its definitely past the 8 week mark like the mmar was.
MMAR was returned in three weeks
at a time were they said it was being discontinued...and anyone who sent it in those last few weeks saw them returned ASAP before that deadline.
funny how that went as well...not the first time it has been mentioned either.
There was noting but bureaucratic paper work to be done. Anything that came across the desk was signed and sent back out..

and this is a TEMPORARY SYSTEM....
lol .............that lots of people wont even get to be part of even though they have signed up (:

I wonder when the new system will come.. probably after legalization. Unless something happens, someone gets busted, says no HC fuck YOU.. and it's only a matter of time with all this grey area shit with ACMPR.

Wish it were so but I had my first attempt returned in 4 weeks due to a similar issue. Then when I sent it back in, it took a further 10 weeks.

Hope it is different for you, but judging from what people on here have been saying it likely won't be.

The new system is here. After legalization the only thing you should need to see your doc about is the size of your script so you can grow more than just the rec user...but even then, I don't have to get permission from my doc to brew gallons of beer so....
