4 plant limit just means theyre trying to discourage illegal sales.
Im sure if you have a low key personal grow with more than 4 plants nobody will care.
But if you are growing 100 plants and selling on the street thats a diff story

weve been on about that for years.. (: some just cant see the fight having to be fought for both side (rec and med)completly or med people are put.....
