piss has almost no free nitrogen, the nitrogen in piss is bound up in ammonium nitrate molecules, most of which are not plant useable until bacterial action has broken it down into useable forms. simply diluting piss doesnt remove the sodium chloride nor speed the action of microbes to make the piss plant useable. in a small pot like c3llblock's, piss can rapidly become a plant killer. most people wont be able to meter their piss sufficiently, nor maintain the microbial colonies needed to make piss useable for plants.

corso, bubbala! putting piss on a potted plant just makes the potted plant smelly and dead! step away from the ficus tree, and piss into the sink like a civilized person! overfertilizing is already epidemic in the noob community, do you want over-urination to become the next biblical plague on pot?

are you with the DEA? trying to make everybody's home grown dope smell and taste like the floor of a truckstop men's room? OMG!! thats my new conspiracy theory! DEA's secret new project, operation PissPot! It's nefarious, ludicrous, insane, bafflingly stupid, and nearly impossible to disprove! Now i need a documentary film crew, a voiceover actor, and a tons of stock footage of dudes pissing into houseplants! ill call it Loose Dicks The Golden Shower of Despotism, then make 5 different edits and market them in turn! illl make a mint!

Ill cut you in corso, how does 30% sound?

pissing on your plants is a dangerous game in a pot. in the ground, theres organisms eating and processing anything that enters the dirt, but in a confined space the soil will toxify quickly from salt (sodium chloride) and excess unusable ammonium nitrate molecules.

save the piss for water balloons. your plants will do better with something else.

did he say piss on a potted plant? cuz if so, you got punked. remember plants in containers are trapped in their little world. even moderate amounts of human urine will poison the soil rapidly.

in the ground, piss is good. in a small planter, piss bad. very bad. thats why male dogs dont kill your grass, they hose it onto vertical targets. but female dogs make dead patches with every squirt when they squat down and drench an area. its not piss always bad, or always good. you have to get the dose right, enough piss to help the plant but not so much it kills it, and the salty nature of most peoples piss is just too dangerous for plants in pots. pissing into your compost heap can really up it's nitrogen game (and create a stink FYI) but pissing in your worm farm will just kill the worms.

ammonia toxicity is a top killer of fishtanks, grass in dogparks, and that one tree in a densely packed urban neighborhood that every dog "waters" till its dead.

i don't think anyone is pissing on the actual plant...but like block said...piss in a gallon jug...and fill the rest with water is diluted enough to cause no harm..i try to mark the outer perimeter with piss to scare off any deer or foxes/skunks...kinda like a liquid fence

What is good for em that just laying around in the cellblock if I can't use piss lol
compost, worm farms and chickens will make your fertilizers for soil, in the ground or in pots. its safe, easy and once they get going, either free or money saving (no more buying fertilizers or eggs)

commercially available fertilizers (fox farms grow big for example, what i use in my hydroponic experiments, and smaller potted plants) contains good concentrations of plant ready nitrogen molecules in a stable form. i rarely use the stuff in a mix with higher concentration than 3 tablespoons per gallon, so i get it in the quart sizes, never the gallons, and i spend maybe $25 a year on commercial gardening products for my whole garden, and thats for dealing with my hydroponics setup or specific nutrient deficiencies and pesticides. underfertilization is a rare thing, overfertilization is epidemic, especially in commercial agriculture (lol, "professionals") truth is, most agricultural fertilizers get washed away in runoff, or get locked up in toxic salts in the soil. commercial farms are steadily ruining the soil they use, because tending to it's needs is a long term expense, and only short term profits makes a CEO's dick hard.

for growing dope at home you dont wanna be a chemical engineer, think Amish. if you live near an Amish community, go look at their farms, all their crops and livestock are healthy and productive with ZERO commercial fertilizers or pesticides. Ask them questions about their agricultural systems, and fertilization regimes. Most will be happy to share their techniques and wisdom. remember Organic is a new fad for most of the world, but Amish farmers have been doing it successfully for centuries.

EDIT: the idea of dumping even diluted raw piss onto their crops would horrify an Amish farmer! even human waste is used as fertilizer in Amish farms, but never raw! its always decomposed through bacterial action!

The cfls 1 30 Watt grow light 1 big cfl 2700k 68 Watt 1 24 Watt cfl 2700k
thats only like the equivalent of 98 watts of high pressure sodium power. youll need to put reflective material all around the plant, otherwise the top canopy will hog it all. adding a few CFL lamps on the sides will help, even if they are 13-24 watt little ones.

remember too, if your cabinet doesnt have ventilation holes, some fans in those holes and access to fresh air your plant will suffocate, overheat or grow mould. also, when the flowering cycle progresses the smell will become pungent. think ahead to where you will dry and cure your crop too. youll have 2 months or so to figure that one out.
