I wouldnt. Ladybugs will end up cooked by your light. They won't stay long enough to make a difference. Feed the corporate piggybank...

I've got a month old strain of unknown origin (a stray from a baggie). I'm using seedling potting mix, fish fertilizer 5-1-1, and organic fungicide/miticide.
What beneficial bugs, like ladybugs, would you add to an indoor grow and why?

I second this.
In theory ladybugs are just a fantastic little creature...
in reality?
they are dumb as shit, don't eat ANYTHING that they should (unless you have aphids), and they are suicidal lil dumbshits...
You'll be cleaning out your reflectors and your screen for your fans..
But the bright side is, i'm sure you could crush up their bodies for a lil chitin... (joking, sorta)
The only beneficial bugs i have are whatever naturally is occurring in my vermicompost, but i'll be the first to admit I can't identify any of those guys by names..

Its organic fungicide/miticide. Its also getting some copper discoloration on the bottom leaves, might be a toxicity from the 5-1-1 fish fertilizer.
damn near most sprays for anything like that are not really "good" for the plant.
Are you having a mite or fungicide problem?
Doesn't appear to be....
Preventative? If so, use something less harmful on them.
a LOT of organic sprays are hard on the plants

The brown dots on one of the photos, I believe its spider mites. Had a problem with dots eaten away at the leaves before. Never saw any mites, though. What else could it be?

You know what, I just read that cupped leaves and copper spots are a kind of nutrient toxicity. I'm using fish fertilizer 5-1-1 but I don't see calcium or magnesium in the ingredients...so something is off balance.

Those plants dont need much. If anything. A good organic mix with ewc is ALL you need.

Careful or it's the "chicken before the egg" thing... you'll cause stuff tryin to remedy others, and you'll end up doing the classic "over-thinking-analyzing-reacting" mistake..
Maybe get it a new container with new soil, and don't do a thing other than water it and leave it under the light.
You'll be amazed to see that plants typically don't have anyone ever hovering over them, mucking around with the specifics..
And I mean that with all the love man...
Everyone of us has probably been there at one point.
