Hi, love HPS they work and plants love them. Bought anyway to one set up 4x HLG SCORPION DIABLO led lights.
Did the flowering part with them ,plants did only produce small rock hard like golf ball size buds and a ton of leaves,
All the other groups which where the same strain and where done under 600w-1000w hps lights produced beautiful buds,
Now I had this new round under T-5 LIGHTS and they all where vegging great...until I had to put half of the group under Metal Halide 600w bulps in separate space
all of them are growing perfectly. But then the rest of the plants under 4 X HLG SCORPION DIABLO led lights and man what a fuck droopy leaves and
looking sad as fuck. first did put them on click no:4 (the plants are around 45 cm high and still vegging) and didn't look good..pots heavy from them not been metabolizing at all..so put them back for 1 time 1min. watering in 24 hours (they where before 2 times in 24 hours,) they are in coco perlite mixture and in 3 liter pots at the moment.
So clearly looks like these expensive Led lights are not even producing the correct wave lenght for growing anyhting what as scam...does anybody have an idea why my plants hate these lights every time. I keep them now around 25cm distance and click 5 from the adjuster ,so half strenght.

I have understood that if you want hi-fi you can get it but what can be so wrong with this reactions on the moment they been under these around a day or so...shitt yep I might have to get one...but there is so much of difference in par meters and the wave lenghts in growing mj so having a par meter is not enough with leds you have to have "The Par Meter" El Magico Medidor

Tell us what % you are running it at and what height above the canopy. You can't put seedlings grown under t5s directly under a strong LED-you need to increase the amount of light they receive gradually, just like you would if you planted them outside under the sun. Most likely you are using way too much light.

Pics would help.
Whell so far trying to explain only, leaves are not straight in profile to the sides and perky...the tops are straight up light green color , I know for a fact if I put them back under T-5 they will be like day and night,,bounce up like that...but hell these are like stupid expensive bullshitt lights which are just producing squat , jus a warning to somebody who thinks they are the holy grale of lights so stick to HPS fokes !

Pics or this is kinda pointless. You sound like you already know what you're doing though, so we might not actually be able to help anyways,

50% of the full strenght that is no 5 click .10 clicks would be the max...and I have them around 25-30 cm from tops...as what is recommendent with these particular lights.

.

I've been running the Scorpion Diablo for two grows now, I just yielded 1230 grams off the 9 setting, 2 grams per watt. The light works.

Try turning the dimmer down if your canopy is close to your light,
What's the temperature in your grow room?
Are you soaking the plants to run off?

More info, pics.

.
Temp 24 celcius, now I turned it down to 20 % so click no 2. only if they look like this shite still tomorrow I take the fucking lights off and put the t-5 back in play can't stand this kind of non functioning crap.
