The Sportsmans Warehouse has some really cool stuff for sale, bear mace, etc.
If you want booby traps your going to have to make them. Just getting caught making a booby trap will get you in big trouble, but if your curious and want to know how to make them for educational purposes only, I'd recommend finding some books by Ragnar Benson.

Also pepper gas grenades, we have one tire place that keeps being broken into because they have a nice big TV on the wall. They got tired of it, so installed a pepper gas alarm thingy behind the TV.
Every couple of weeks our one news site posts a new video of people trying to steal the TV and being overpowered by the spray.
