Please take my poll...I know there are alot of variables, but I'm just looking to get an average and a high low.

Take the poll and please post:

1. Wattage
2. Number of Plants
3. Total Yield at harvest
4. Strain

Thanks!

I can't believe the voting is so low. 1.5-2gpw is achievable.

Seems like theres one variable missing...time. Are you talking about a grow from start to finish. I'm perpetual so I'm just trying to figure this out. Think I'm just to stoned right now lol

Yea if you've got the space and a good hid setup no reason you should get much less than a gram a light with a decent yielding strain snd some veg time(month+)mo..I'm doing some GDP which I doubt is going to be even close to that..but then again I don't grow GDP for the yield I grow it for some killer, tastey smoke

My average from three runs before I quit fucking with indoor comes out to .723 grams/watt. I never considered myself a baller indoor grower but I think I did ok. Yeah like Speedyseedz said I'm surprised the voting is so low as well. I know a gram a watt is a good goal to shoot for but i'm sure tons of people do closer to 2g a watt no prob.

Last run before I quit:
1) 2 x 1000w hps and 1 600w hps
2) About 40 plants
3) Almost 1800g dry (not quite 4lb)
4) Romberry, Trainwreck, Purple Cream

OMG if your quitting I will fucking BUY your light set-up no joke!! I refuse to go to the store and buy a light!! If its not on craigslist I guess my plants will just be deprived of light!!! I got an ok set-up now but I need a HPS

One gentleman on here stated that pros can get almost two grams per watt of light. That means that they could grow almost a half pound off a single 100 watt bulb. I'm a piss poor amateur, but I haven't gotten that off a 400 watt. That seems a stretch even under perfect conditions with unlimited space.
Anyway. I do have a question for any of you pros out there. As previously stated, I have embarrassingly low efficiency rates even though my setup is decent.

3' X 3' room
600 watt air cooled HPS
DWC hydroponics.
2 plant Screen of green.
Despite all this, my canopy tends to go from dark buds to lighter green, non dense, bud-lets in about 8 inches. I did have an issue with brown algae, but I have a bucket of roots and a low friggin yield. I'm not done yet, but it looks like 6 O tops. laaaaame. Could a lack of co2 really cause such a savage problem, or is there something I am overlooking? Any help would be much appreciated. I also had a calcium deficiency that got pretty savage.:dunce:

1. 300watts of total HPS lighting (using two 150watt 'SunSystems' HPS (S55) light systems)
2. 2 plants
3. 5 weeks left until harvest (ballpark figure.. could be a little longer)
4. Strain - Nirvana's 'Ice'

I will be sure and come back to this thread, once I am done harvesting them and post the wet/dry weights of both plants.

peace.

Agreed, But it takes literally years of experience and a LARGE bank roll to produce those kinds of numbers. Personally iv been growing for 6 years now and even under close to optimum conditions i can get in just about .75 grams per watt. It takes a good nute program and proper heat control plus the right genetics to get 1.5 to 2 grams a watt. Each one on there own is not terribly difficult to achieve, but to get all three dialed in just right takes serious know how and experience experience and more experience. No grow book is going to give you the same knowledge that a dozen crop cycles are going to give you, heck even a few. Im not surprised at all by the out come.

Dude really? Why r u so sketched to go to a store to get your equipment? Its not like there selling customer information to the DEA, and even if they were just pay in cash.
