The demand for my product is so outrageous that I really don't have the timeframe to cure fully.
You've got "outrageous" demand? And you question to RIU if you're doing it right? LOL. Dude. Your just bored and stoned. You just need someone to talk to. And your scraping bottom of the barrel asking RIU people. It's ok dude. Just do what you do. Peace and love bro.

No, I believe it was a legitimate question. And I never asked if I was doing it right. And with comments like that ,you must be the one bored and stoned. Have a good day.

I'm just stoned. Good morning RIU. Good thread BTW. All I know is like a previous gentleman said some is good smoke dried but gets better with curing. Some tastes so bad I couldn't smoke it uncured. I just grow for myself but I have really learned a lot on RIU. I can't buy weed around me as good as I grow. And I am an amateur.

I second that mine is at least as good dispensary. I've tried Colorado dispensary weed,so I have a reasonable base to judge. I cure for several weeks an drop a boveda pack. I don't really like crumbling weed that turns into dust. But that's just my preference. We are mostly all just amateurs here. There is no right and wrong, only preferences. We all do things different. No biggy as long as you reach your goal.

I have to! Quality is first.......I simply buy for the shops if I have too and I have too a LOT, even with 2 big ops for the shops.....I do have a trusted and well learned grower community to buy from. Almost all of those are members of a growers "co-op" I and another member started - basically for this reason. If you have a storefront. Simply ask the best you would buy from if they are interested in joining a co-op of growers meeting biweekly to discuss growing, breeding, breeds or anything related to growing and legal sales/State policy. We have changed to one "work" meeting a month and one for sharing results, discussing/enjoying good Spirits (Bourbon and Single Malts are the favorite topics), Cigars and Making plans to visit the places that make these things we enjoy as a group (You get travel discounts this way). Our wives have started a little side group of their own, mainly on making edibles from the butters and oils they make......We also have quarterly parties where we invite employees and patients to come and add their input. These are "shindigs" are have food and drink for everybody. We learn a lot from these "input" sessions and have a lot of fun along the way.....Patients and employees look forward to the non member participation "shindigs" too! a great way to find the best and make great friends.

Now we do unknown growers wanting to sell "by appointment only and bring your test results or you'll be sent packing with out even a look" as the posted store rules at the doors of our shops...

Well people, I live in a non-med state, I would more than likely get 20 years for what I do. And as @Aleinwidow pointed out all of my product is spoken for and it seems funny that people are choosing mine over the imports.
I don't no about 20 years bro I bet you would get 5 years that's prob it

I live in an area where GOOD herb is hard to find, and always had that problem, but customers didn't care that it wasn't cured. I actually had people say they didn't care if it wasn't completely dry, they would take it. My solution was too grow more plants, to try to keep ahead of demand, and maybe actually get a months cure.
I now do that, and I have 1 plant by itself, that I grow for a good cure. I named it "Black Label", and give it a solid 2 month cure
I charge more for it, and all profit off that plant goes into a college fund for my kid.
It's good to a degree to sell out, that way you know that you can sell the herb, so grow more/get more Moola, which is what it is all about, CASH. (smoking is also nice)

@Dr. Who man I'm so jealous bro. I wish I had even a few people to kick the can around with once in awhile. It couldnt be more the opposite where I'm at. I'm in a highly oppressive state and I only know but one other grower in person and he's an asshole and just a hack grower throwing seeds and taking what he gets and charging a ridiculous price for it.
Anyway, it would be so nice and good for my own skill level to have some other like minded people to talk to.

Some knew each other from the pre med legal days..... not a lot of "socialising" . The co-op has been a boon to all. The touring trips are rather new and have gone miles to cement solid business practices and friendships, even on the "family" level. ALSO made our outlets as quality and State's rules friendly as they could be.
Helped line out terittories and product list's. The "If I don't have it. I send you there". Unwritten rule. Has been great for all of us.

Still harvesting and I would be lost without the "community's help".
