Humidifier stays off even when timer starts giving it power.

They had already spent tons of money. These are the same people who had HPS , swapped it out for CMH and then before a single crop came in swapped them back out for HPS. They should have just doubled the CMH if anything. In my opinion.
In other words, management stupidity by impatience and ignorance.

So far in my experience here the last 2 years is there are cannabis experts. Growing experts as you can imagine . Some legends in the culture.

Then there's the people with the money. Couldn't raise a tomato and never raised a blister.

Limited operations can have 500 square feet of canopy. The only other is unlimited and they can grow 1000 acres of autos if they want.

Is there opportunity to sell better environmental control systems to the money? The growers would appreciate it but as you say, they aren't holding the purse strings.

Huge issue here raised by protesting residents is odor. Legal grows are being complained about for odor. And it's part of the regulations - odor control.

It's serious too. One county in Washington banned cannabis because mainly of odor. Sooner or later someone will have to focus on this. Personally I believe a company could do well focusing on air handling, moisture and odor control.

Agreed. One big way to do that is to seal the facility and just filter the air that's recirculated inside. Gotta use tanks for this, because nasty stuff builds up if you burn gas for CO². Even propane. The upsides include much better efficiency and limited vectors for disease.

Can't forget the drying and trimming areas- that's actually where most of the odor comes from!

They broadcast the borough council meetings where licenses are discussed. I died laughing when another old geezer got on the microphone.

"Why it smelt like someone's done gone and run a skunk over. It's bad I tell ya."

Someone should get a fresh roadkill and leave it in the street in front of his house lol

What's funny is there's no skunks here. If I had been closer to town I would have followed Pops home just to get a whiff.

My landlord is very cool. Never touched pot. Says the only reason he doesn't now is he's the only person he knows who can say that. First he told me I was welcome to his 6 plants to grow legal here.

But he's a dairy farm boy from Michigan. He knows odors. He came to my place to bring me something , looked around and said he really didn't like the smell. Not an issue because we live isolated and I'm isolated from everyone else. He was just commenting because this has gone on every meeting since legal started.

That's the crowd that wants to tell everyone else how to live- and call it 'freedom'.

Free to be dumb, more like it.
Santa Claus , real legal name Santa Claus, lives in North Pole. Duh.

North Pole , AK. Near Fairbanks. He's pro-cannabis. He looks like Santa too. Standing with a sign to vote down prohibition. Meaning banning legitimate cannabis businesses from towns.
