Hydroco/apap 7.5-325

Doctor prescribed these today, and I'm not familiar with them.
Dosage is 1-2 tabs every 4 hrs.
But - I tend to drink a bit of beer (washed the first down with one as a matter of fact).
Any drawbacks to this med?

Yeah watch out on the acetiminophen. How sounds like you got generic vicodins. 7.5 is better than nothing but you dont get the good buzz till like 20ng or so of hydrocodiene.

Do not correct me on spelling! Be careful on alcohol as both are downers so one will increase the effect of other or vice versa

3 or 4 will set you straight with maybe a beer but don't do much more than that especially with alcohol because of all the APAP

They're generic Norcos. You should cold water extract them if you're mixing them with alcohol. Alcohol and acetaminophen is a bad mix.

Listen to what Duck said. It's really easy, doesn't take that much time. It gives a cleaner high, your stomach is less likely to hurt and you getting nauseous and plus it's fun playing with drugs. Hehe.

So now I get to reverse myself - OF course extract if you can but... the 325's aren't bad, the threshold for bad alcohol mixing is 1.5 grams or so. I am given to understand that the acet waits in line until all the alcohol is metabolized - now be advised that could be bulshit.

The folks that really endanger their livers are the ones who take the 5/500's. They will take 4 or 6 of them and then start in on beer and the like, that is 2 - 3 GRAMS of acet. And then they usually continue to hook them down. This stuff isn't good for you when mixed with alcohol at all, but you can get away with drinking at the 325 level. By the way I am given to believe that a new law takes effect next year that will make all of these sorts of compounds illegal, in other words, no acet in any opiate product. (they might, however replace it with aspirin, if so, now you are going to have stomach bleeding instead of risking your liver - how nice)

Yeah man I use to eat 30every two days. Till a "buddy"got oxy's Then that shit got bad man just be careful easily addictive. Seen many friends die last couple years on opiates. But that's another story.I'm not trying to be prick telling you what to do but please becareful.

Been using them strictly for pain, not pleasure.
Not a big pill fan anyway.

Sorry bout double post. On iPhone lost sig.didn't know it posted. Glad to hear that I got throwed in jail 4 months and man best thing ever happened to me. Was snorting 4 oxy's a day. I've took 2 painpills in 3 years. Hate pills it's a epidemic here in appalachian mtns.

Like KyBudz said, just be careful man. My brother has been addicted for almost 5 years now. He doesn't see it.as an addiction though, of course. Everyone around him constantly gets annoyed with him being so zombied and spaced out that he really doesn't have many friends anymore.

Yea, I have a friend that was addicted to Perc 30's and it got so bad he was shooting them up.
