ok look I'm very late to read your post but here is some info if you are trying to save on electricity money and the risk of police get the sunleave 250w HID light system you can use both HPS and MH on this it'll cost you less then $200 for the bulbs any MH will do for veg however HPS get the hortilux super HPS you'll get 32000 inital lumens running that is like two TV's with 2mm mylar you can get around 1-1/2OZ per plant this is what I used when I started sill use it to veg FYI you can grow up to six plants with this but four would be better for bigger buds:joint:

Thanks for the info but I think I'm going to be sticking with this set up... atleast til this lady is done doin' her thing... everything seems to be working and I don't want to mess it up now...

I don't know how much to expect from this harvest but 200 bucks is a little out of the budget at the moment...

Any one know if there is life after harvest or is she just pretty much finished and time to start over from seed?

Regenerating Marijuana Plants
Did you know it's totally possible to harvest a crop and then rejuvenate the marijuana plants into a vegetative state for a 2nd or more harvesting. When you harvest your plants for the first time, remove only about 1/2 to 1/3 of the very top buds. Leave the little bottom buds and small leaves. Throw the plant back into a vegetative state atmosphere i.e. change light timers and fertilizer. Pay attention and make sure the regenerating plants have enough nitrogen. This should ensure not too many of the remaining leaves will fall off. You should see new leaf growth in about 7 to 14 days. You'll notice the buds getting fatter and maybe adding more crystal to themselves. Allow the plant to grow at least a little bit before you go after those nice new phat buds on the bottom. Some friends have experimented with cloning at this point. It's pretty cool watching a bud get cloned and start to grow again. You can grow your new 2nd generation marijuana plant outside or inside, your choice. It seems 30 days is the going norm for growers to re-harvest. If you are into time schedules for new clones or seedlings and mature buds for harvest, this technique can fill any time gaps waiting for buds to mature.

Word!! Awesome man. thats great. Now I just gotta try not to kill her when I harvest...

Nothing is wrong with your stuff. What your not doing is nutes. You need some nutes because if your growing in a hydroponic system. Your growing with no soil so you have to supply your plants with nutrients. Your plants are starving man!

thanks for the help. ive read a bunch of them already but I just wanted to get specific answers... I did start with the nutes from the get-go. I measured the pH and it was no where near where it needed it be... it's at 5.8 ph nute solution now but it was at like 7.4 or something ridiculous... what about light cycle?? 18/6 or 24hrs?
Idk why so many people fuck around with the ph it only makes it worse imo
i had some plants that had leaf problems and the more i fucked around with the ph it only got worser and worser and i dont think any noob should be adjusting the ph ur only going to make it worser so after i almost killed my plants i said fuck it i whent to the store bought two big bags of this real good potting mix transplanted and just gave em plain water and the next day all the leaves were looking alot healthier and i got thicker stems and biger leaves and i havent adjusted the ph since i did check it tho and its at 7.0 and the plants are doing so well imo ph 7.0 is the best just my opinion
