he does get goverment to agree with him on a lot of things, the audit of the fed is one recent example, not a single member of congress voted against him, Ron Paul has more power than you think, and he could accomplish quite a bit as president.

They aren't called Pipe Dreams for nothing. Enjoy yours. I will vote for RP in the Primary. The fact that the GOP establishment can't stand him is a plus in my book. Maybe they'll let him into the real debates this time. Doubt the Perry and Bachmann backers let that happen though.

well its not really fair how your putting it, sure its a long-shot Ill give you that, but to say that nobody will support him on any of his ideas and he won't be able to get anything done as much as to be considered lame duck, thats a huge exageration. Ron Paul could accomplish a lot as president even without congress.

What is Ron Paul's biggest accomplishment in all these years in Congress? What has he accomplished? What has his name on it?

How do you think a President accomplishes anything without Congress? Are you suggesting RP for dictator? You do understand how our government works right?

Yes of course, I am talking about plans that he has that he will use executive orders to accomplish. also, Ron Paul has accomplished a lot in his long career, biggest accomplishments I am going to go with either standing up for workers rights, private property rights, or audit the fed. Also yes bring the troops home is one thing he could accomplish for sure, on the campaign website he talks about his plans and what he can actually accomplish as president.

Beer 30. Cheers and again, I'll try to help RP be the GOP candidate. Of the Fox News herd, I like him the best.

Ok. I'll give you bringing the troops home. That's a big one that he could do without congress. The other things you describe require acts of congress.

some other times Paul backed workers rights off the top of my head:

Compensatory Time off and Overtime Pay &
National right to work Right to work Act

Union busting = fighting for workers rights eh? Interesting.

Let me guess, eliminating the minimum wage is pro-workers rights to right? lulz

That would depend on which workers youre talkin about, the ones that are unemployed because of govt policy or the ones that aren't.
