Well, it's not a grow light. If you look, it says"makes plants LOOK greener" I'll bet you. This is an incandescent, and is the wrong kind of light. I made the same mistake on my first attempt at growing. Is that part of the light in the first picture?
im not sure, i bought at store and it said it was a grow light and it was cheap didnt say on box it was incandecent

If it looks kinda like this... it's an incandescent, and NOT good for growing.First of all,it's too hot,and the wrong spectrum. You can grow with it, but you will be VERY disappointed, trust me. You need these.
And you want them to say Cool white, or Daylight, and have a color temp of 6500k. These are good for veg.Get the highest watts you can. You will need a couple for each plant to start, and about two inches away.

Yeah, outdoor is of course the best way, if you can. Be careful not to get caught. Make sure the temps don't get below 50 at night or you'll see really slow growth. Leave them out as long as you can so they get plenty of light. But you might wanna let them be partially shaded from the most intense light till they get a little bigger.Sprouts can be tender.
yea, thats what it says..so i guess im gonna go with outdoors on my back deck
and yea thats part of the light

You can get some small ones for about two bucks apiece. you could let the plants grow for about a week or two with a couple lights ach on them, then slowly start moving them outdoors for more and more time each day to "harden them off."
yea ill go try that, how much are those flourecent ones?

oh by the way i always thought you had to have lamps with UV radiation coming from them to grow inside, thatsd why i thought it would help grow my plant
