hey fuzz whats wrong with a reg ballest if you want to run cmh's. the dig has some nice things about it but if you want it just for a cmh bulb whats the diff. all hype about the power savigns and stuff is all bullshit it doesnt matter how you cut or run it 110 220 it dont matter ohm's law is ohm's law 400 watts still takes 400 watts and your watts is your power usage run 1 with my 600 digi and 2 reg 400's in the veg room

i got my digital ballist before i even knew of CMH, so that screwed me fer CMH.

im not too worried about power savings. its ONLY a 400 watt.

the digital ballist have a quicker start up time, and they r more efficient tho too.

i was just aking by they way you named the thread i thought you were against a reg ballest. a 400w light set up is only $120. i run 2 400' in my veg room and in flower i run a 600hps digi and a 400 cmh
