I heard dat theres a new black gold in town, its called weed. Over here in California I hear all ya gotta do is get a few seeds, crack them and put them in the ground and pour some miracle grow, beer and pepsie (True story) to grow 20 ft trees dat gots like 20 pounds come'n off it.
Im ready to roll cuz I read like 2 books and have a roll of mylar and I got one of those pot cards so I can grow as many plants as i want. Im thinking 900 plants with 500 different strains out in the middle of an open field will get me millions, and its all legal cuz I have a med card!
All I need to know is how often do you water your plants? and how much of my nute mix should I give them? and when should I make them bud? and after 90 days when all my plants are done how do you trim them? and how to you store them? and.....

If you've read 2 books on the subject of cannabis growing you wouldn't have these questions.
With a Cali med card you can't grow an unlimited number of plants, even registered caregivers are cut off at 99.
12 plants vegging or 6 plants flowering is pretty much the standard from county to county (with some exceptions like Humboldt).
Good luck.

There's one aspect often overlooked when wanting to grow for profit, clientelle. Oh another thing to think about is competition. The more competition the more supply and less demand, and you happen to be in a flooded market with stiff competition. Mllionaire? Buy a lotto ticket.

I was thinking about doing the same thing and moving out to Californiway. I have heard tales of people growing plants as big as a redwood. But with all the new laws and medical dispensories, Im worried I would move out there and all the weed will have been grown already. I hear them Humbolt Counties gots all the weed you can want to smoke. Weed plants as far as the eye can see. I was thinking about reading me a couple books on growing pot, but I said fuck that and watched all the Cheech and Chong movies and Half Baked about a million times. Not to mention I personally know the guy who invented Pineapple Express just like the movie. Also, I hear if you top your plants 23 times you will have a plant big enough to put a tree house in. Good luck on the 500 different strains. I personally like to grow around 650 strains out here in Colorado since the growing conditions here are so supperb and basically tropical. Did I mention Colorado is like the Joshua Tree of marijuana? Anyways Bezy, good luck. If I was you I would listen to everything that everyone tells you on this site. A lot of them are high school kids who are pro growers so be careful what you ask in these forums because people tend to take it really serious.

Be sure the property you grow your field on is on a hill so you can see the whole crop from the bottom. Nothing better than viewing the forest for the forest. :)
