BILL C-51 will

"6. allow government institutions like Health Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency to share information about you with the RCMP."

so much for the suit against health Canada.
C-51 will save their sorry ass.

C-51 will be challenged and struck down, at a cost of million$ just like every other piece of CON legislation. Our constitution is still king and the SCoC does a fine job of protecting it. As for the suit against HC...that information was disclosed contrary to the laws that existed at the time - we win.

I advise everyone who is mmj to buy video equipment with the breach monies you get....
it may save your ass in the end.....Having video on your entire property will deter even them....

When we get our change of address I plan on informing the RCMP myself anyway. Don't want them to be able to use the "oh, we didn't know" excuse, after kicking in my door, shooting my dogs and trashing my garden and equipment.
I posted my a copy of ppl right on the door of my room......they can read it first

They usually don't, from what I hear. Plus they can play dumb and say it's expired. Sure in the end you won't get charged but might not prevent trashing the place and etc.

I ain't telling them shit. I moved mine already, HC didn't want to deal with it so fuck 'em. Fortunately the garden is not in my home and there is no dog there to shoot. The end result of this trial, should they further try to restrict our growing rights is going to be stealth. When you can't trust the government or it's gestapo, patients are not going to give up that information. Sick people are going to become criminals and will be forced to destroy themselves financially in court in order to maintain their freedom. There is a small protest outside my mp's office today about C-51 and the local CC owner is getting some patients down there.
