Do the plants have to be in flowering for them to have an open and shut case?

Also i guessing SOG grows will get busted harder than traditional growers who have fewer plants than their SOG counterparts.

criminal law in canada about growing reefer is. u get maximum of life in prison if u have more than 3 kilos. if u can prove u are just a producer and not a trafficer than u can get away with just 7 years. first time offence no priors. plus those dicks will take everything and claim u paid for it from prceeds of drugs. assholes :P

i would just take as many plants as i can get and run the hell with them(im really fast-even if had like 25 plants with me), then the rest what i cant carry i would just leave them(what can you do)and stash my other plants somewhere far of my house.then run back and if those fuckers arent there yet, then do the same with other 25 plants:)
