Hi Kathie, They cashed my check on the 18th also. I am just waiting patiently, in pain. :cry:

Oh I know that I think if they could feel our pain maybe they would try a little harder to process a little fast I don't know it seems like thy just don't care

So I talked to Anthony at the dispensary and he said if they cashed the check you most definitely was approved and the card should come within about 20 days so now I feel better

The wait is very difficult. The actual process of applying was easy in comparison to all the processing time. But they are getting steadily faster. And if you paid by check & that check was cashed, you could literally be days away from receiving your card. The check doesn’t get cashed until you’re approved. Hang in there...we’re all impatiently waiting too. :weed:

Hey Kathie, I completely understand. I'm on a whole host of anxiety meds and I hate it. They aren't working and I hate popping pills all the time. Look into CBD oil. It's legal in Illinois and some people find relief from it. It might help in the meantime until you get your card.

Awww thank you for that info I take so much valume 10mg norcos flexrel im tired of being tired but thank you I will look into it in the morning you all have a good night

Long time lurker. I wanted to post up my wait time, in case it helps.

Paperwork received by Illinois 2/15
Approved on 4/20
Card received 5/3

The wait time is hard, but I went into thinking 90 days, so not bad overall. Reading this board helped, and so hopefully this information helps some of you too. Hold fast, your card is on the way. Every minute is another closer to relief.

So I have good news I finally got through to department of health and she answered so great I asked her if they got all they needed for my card and she said now remember they cashed my check on the 18th of April so I guess after the check cleared on the 24th it was approved and the card went out on the 30th and it would take up to 14 days because it comes from the east coast so I hope that helps people who are going crazy like I was i don't do marajauna but I eager to try if it will help my mind to shut down a little and ease my pain I'll let you know when my card comes
