420c- the Red card registry is supposed to be closed unless they are checking your status as a card holder, they can not just search it. But then again who is to stop them and what are they going to do, part of my issue with being on a list.
SDA- I believe the $150 they are speaking of is just a # they pulled out of the air, just saying that you payed the doctor extra to give you the higher plant count. That is my interpretation.
