You say you are at a No Rec Place? Do you work there? Is it a medical licensed or rec licensed?

Eagle 20 is awful. Forbid 4F, as far as I know, is not that bad.

Are you sure Forbid has myclobutanil?

Botanigard Maxx is supposedly approved by the state of CO for rec grow spraying. it is supposedly the only thing Colo Rec approved, but I have not confirmed that. I bought some but have not used it. my local place raved about it but the spores sort of scared me. It is about $80 to 90 a quart but it will last a long time.

How late can you spray it? Can you spray in flower? Have you used it? I know it is one of the newest technology sprays. I also bought Big Time Exterminator which appears to use the same ingredients as Nuke Em which is citric acid and yeast enzymes. It can be sprayed up to the day of harvest and maybe even after harvest. Both of them claim they work for russet mites as will as the rest. I wonder if yeast acts like the spores.

The thing about these pest is to make and environment they don't like. I also spray with And apply these to the base of my plant

NO REC / OR Licenesd Medical Producers can use these things. IM in canada, and standards are very high...

Washington has high standards too.

And yes Forbid has Mycobutanil.

Exactly. I fought Russets to a draw. You cannot see them. They look like a nutrient issue. Thank goodness I raced over to my local place and they put the leaf on a microscope and said russets.

I hit it with Forbid 4F.

Then another 5 days Bronners Peppermint soap (oil), Neem oil, Rosemary oil, Cedarwood and LemonGrass oil, a drop or two of Dawn. I put about 6 extra drops of Peppermint oil in my 32 oz bottle of Bronners. I think I had some Green Cleaner left over and used that once. I think I did my soap/oil mix and a added a few drops of Canola oil.

I beat them or it was a draw. It turned out okay considering but your growth of flowers will slow. . I sprayed the room after harvest endlessly with bleach mix then essential oils then bleach again and on and on.

I'm just here to give @NugHeuser and everyone else 100% natural ways that work and don't require you to spray a chemical A BANNED one a that on your plants ever again.

At the end of the day we all choose what we want to go in our own bodies. The knowledge is there and research.

THIS IS NO LONGER "BRO SCIENCE" saying well this chemical has not affected me this way" a lot of smokers thought they wouldn't get cancer back in the day.

I dont spray my plants really past 3-4 week in flower. I use predators and I dont have these problems. I CANT HELP you on how late to apply...

What I will say is that It is all Natural. ALSO as pretains to you it Makes the PASS list in Colorado; that in itself should tell you something.. "not banned"

FYI - Floramite and Avid are even worse than Forbid. Make sure to also wear long sleeves, long pants, socks plus gloves. Strip off your clothes, throw them in a washer and take a shower too.

The supposed newest predator mites are Swirskis but they ain't cheap. If you are on a budget - Green Lace Wing eggs or larvae. It takes 3 days for eggs to hatch and they become larvae. The larvae will eat everything and are relentless and constantly hungry. They are like the f****ng Terminator.

there is only 17 permitted sprays. in canada they are allowed to spray any time during growth as well as on dried flower. they also use irradiation (aka cold pasteurization) to kill everything. of the 17 sprays 11 of them have inert ingredients with a "Caution" label CAUTION – means the pesticide product is slightly toxic if eaten, absorbed through the skin, inhaled, or it causes slight eye or skin irritation.

Swirskis have been around for a good while. Them and cucumeries are the Least expensive of what I listed. They also can only last in certain temps. Californicus are a bit more expensive and then you havs persimilis and occidentals both rare and expensive. This was the $200 bottle I spoke of.

Are you in veg or flower? Do you have a 32 oz or one gallon sprayer?

Cheap solutions you can get tonight and will help if you are in veg.
1. Canola oil. In 1 gallon of water about 2 table spoons and a few drops of dish soap. Shake it up.
2. Ivory dish soap. White color on the dish soap aisle. $2.67 at wal mart. Probably a tablesppon with 1 gallon of water. Shake.
3. Fels Naptha soap $1.00 at wal mart on detergent aisle or any grocery store.
You need to use a cheese grater ($1.00 at Dollar Tree) to shave the soap.

4. Bronners Peppermint Soap which is more oils than soaps. Probably a table spoon per gallon of water. Shake it up. About $12 for a quart but you can get smaller bottles for less. Usually onsale for about $10. It will last forever.

The guys at Big Time Exterminator like to spray with almost ice water. Mites hate cold water.
All spraying done with lights out.

Let sit for 30 minutes then get fans going.

The thing about predator mites is they are pretty expensive. The temp and humidty ranges can be narrow. I(t can take a bit of time to get them to work.
The lady at a place in CO that sells to loads of commercial places in Colo likes swirskis especially for russets. Another lady there blew her top when someone suggested lady bugs for mites! LOL. Lady bugs are almost useless on mites.

A cheap option may be Green Lace Wing eggs or larvae. I am not sure if these swing into action faster than other predator mites. The larvae are supposedly ravenous.

yes i don't really think predators will work for eradicating an infestation but after you've sprayed and eliminated them it's a good idea for preventative

Not to take anything away from you, but you are pretty new on the forums. Are you MMAR or ACMPR?

I also ask this because the companies I use say not many people use these products its more LPs and such.

These are all good. However some states they want you to have some type of farmers license /agricultural before they will sell it to you.. Certain Biocides.

I'm in veg right now. Most of them are a foot tall give or take, about a month old, then I have one bigger one that is about 2 and a half months old, also still vegging and yes I have I believe a 56 oz sprayer.

How critical is it to spray during lights off? Lights are only off while I'm at work. I started some spinosad Sunday evening, I will be shooting them again with it tomorrow. They were sprayed during lights on but I turned all fans off for about a half hour.
There didn't seem to be any negative effects on the plants as far as spraying with the lights on. Is the chance of scorching the plants spraying lights on the main worry or does it make the treatment less effective spraying during lights on?
