Thanks , hopefully I will find something that needs lots of work , I would have no plans on fixing it anyway, Just enough for a growroom , I will be living in my old moterhome , Just need an address , electric , and water .15k would be tough. The other thing out here is that most of the city pretty well has city lots. The distance requirement for chickens is almost impossible here. All the surrounding areas are pretty rural, but MJ friendliness drops off. I'll keep an eye out, but 30-50k seems to be the rate for anything that doesn't need $ to get up to code. Good luck!
