I have a buddy that bought some used kitchen cabinets cheap on Craigslist and he made them his veg cabinets. Works well and doesn't look odd in the basement or garage.

Tents are stealthy?

Hell no, I'm gonna stack large Rubbermaid totes around them (the tents will be in the basement) if we have company over. It's rare anyone goes into the basement anyways, but I can explain away a large mass/mess of Rubbermaids, can't explain away a new room :P

Lol, at 1g/nute gal, I can't imagine I'd ever finish that bag.

And off the top of my head, Epsom Salt is Calcium Manganese right? So it is essentially cal/mag?

I gotta get readin on deficiencies, now that I have MOST of my grow planned out, it's time to get ready for the fuck ups. I'm starting my ordering this week.

Side note, anyone know a good place to get grow tents? I need a 4x4 with at least 5.5 feet of height. I have picked out a good one from Amazon, but they don't wrap it, it comes in a big box that says "MYLAR PLANT TENT," which might as well read "GOING TO START GROWING WEED"
:evil::evil::evil::finger:
Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. Sulphur is good for terpene production later in bloom.

I'm looking on the site to order I'm just wondering should I do the 20-20-20 for veg and 20-10-20 ( citrus) for flowering? Or is there a better one for veg

I went with 20-10-20 the last two grows with the reason being is that I was using a very high P bloom nute (9-56-8) and it was suggested that the high P might be great for some flowers, not necessarily mine. I then discovered that high P also can prevent my myco fungi (Mykos) from working (>80ppm) I used nothing but varying amts of the Citrus last grow (and a little epson)and the results were great. Looking good this grow also.

I'm gonna start following @RM3 , he seems to know exactly what he's talking about
I believe he said he uses citrus for veg, and aquagold for finish.

I gotta get that mans recipe.
And yes, before anyone says it, I am aware that all plants are different, and I should just experiment, but I would like a starting base-line :)
You could do a lot worse than taking his advice.

Again, I don't know why you folks keep bringing up a liquid vs dry argument, they're the same salts. Anyway, for the last six months I've been playing with the addition of potassium sulfate to my normal feeding regimen and can honestly say the addition has done nothing at all. In fact, my lab results from a while back showed that the average 'veg' food has plenty of K. It may not hurt to add more but that doesn't mean your plants are taking it up.
I think I have some anecdotal supporting evidence; on a fresh batch of nutes, my ladies go through them rapidly. After a few topups, the EC quits changing much, but the plants still seem hungry. What you're suggesting about potassium could have a lot to do with what I'm seeing.

Believe it or not, Walmart carries grow tents online that are affordable. I'm no expert about tents other than I absolutely hate zippers (bad camping experience) and it always seems like everyone's zippers crap out...and I personally find it a pain to constantly zip and unzip to get at my plants.

If it's in the cards for you, it's easy to build a 4x4 room with particle board and a few 2x4's...and put a real door on it. Paint the inside flat white, cut some holes for ventilation, and you're off to the races. The downside is it's not portable like tents are....but honestly I know of very few people that actually move their tent around once it's set up.
Bad camping experience? The imagination runs amok!

Picture having to take a six-beer piss in the middle of the night and the fuckin' zipper is stuck to the tent you're sleeping in.....really stuck....and you cannot get out.

I had to cut the door open......and it was a brand-new tent.....which went into the dumpster the next day.
