Are they actually curling up towards the light? or by curling up, do you mean they are curling down towards the soil?

Your seedlings should not be under a 600w hid lamp. You should consider setting up a nursery with flouros or cfls. Also the recommended light cycle for seedlings is 18 on, 6 off

Yea are they curling like a zig zag long ways like a tube or curling tip down to the soil?? 600w expensive veg and wrong spectrum bro. your in the 2000 to 2500k you need 4000 to 5500k read up on Light Spectrum it will help you understand the growth and flower cycle better. hardware store a little time get a set of 6 100w flouros like 1'' off the tops.

Well you definitely want to lower your pH to 5.8 because 8.8 ain't gonna cut it, that's probably why your seedling is looking the way that does . As for your hydroton you needed to wash and wash and wash again to get rid of all the grit and dust before your even started, that's why you got a lot of sediment in your water. Also I wouldn't say it was necessary to use rockwool but I would recommend that you did or a least by some sort of starter cube. It's very important to get a good root structure before adding your seedling to your DWC.

Work on getting some pics so we can see what's going on, that way we can be more helpful.

Peace.

i noe u cant see them to well but if u look close them tips are curling way to much...and i moved the light up real high cause the lights can be 1 of the reason y its causing them to curl..i also changed the light timer to 8 hours light and 16 hours night to c if that can help them..ohh and it seems like the light cant reach the plants but it can when the doors are closed and i jus turned it on so i can take better pictures so it was jus getting lit..ph lvl is 7.0 and amonia lvl is normal now not toxic like before...

What is it that you have that seedling growing out of? It looks pretty wet, to wet in fact. It looks like your over watering it. You just need to keep that medium damp and only water it when it starts looking dry. It can also look dry on the outside but may still be very moist on the inside, so you need to be careful not to over water it because your starving the little roots of oxygen.

Here is my best answer. IMO the leaves look droopy because it's to wet and because your pH is too high. Keep working on dropping your pH level to 5.8. and let the seedlings media dry out some and she should bounce back.

I noe its been a while but here are the gurls the last picture u see is NEW GURL because the one that was there before had died from a broken stem so i planted a new one...thats y its smaller...But so far so good i think and the second picture you see is a picture of the points of the bigger lady and as u can see its startin to have a light green almost yellowish color on the tips not to sure for what could it be i put to much nutrients in it???

no they are not bowing like a canoe but they have yellowish tips on all the fan leaves its not to bad but its there..nut if the all bowl up like that is that a sign of to much nutrients??
