Yeah I grew some kill bud under 3 ufo's in my old house. It was perfect. The last one I did on here was a fail the bud did come and would get you high as a kite. But the plant looked horrible in flower and maybe it was other stuff I was doing that made it a fail. But he Leds are crap is a lie and anyone that grows under them with enough power will find that they are wrong. I still clone and veg under them. I went back to the hps because I got a good deal and didn't want to shell out the coin to buy more led panels. Just my experience

I like CMH so far...no better spectrum available and penetrating intensity

interested in sulfur plasma as well(price/spectrum issues)

jury's still out on led's(price lack of penetration)

Induction rf fluorescents (garbage...overpriced and ineffective)

Penetration is no problem with Kessils. Read their website tech pages to see the difference in light stream intensity. They aren't blowing smoke.

It's funny how many people draw conclusions about LEDs without ever trying them.

The jury's been in for quite some time now, and the verdict couldn't be more clear: LED is the future, and the future is now.

I have a 45w bloomboost that i bought on amazon for like 1 bill. and it does great. as long as you keep it far enough away. I had some bleaching issues with it too close.

If i ever get some cash saved for it, had planned on adding like 6 kessil red boosters to my 3-400w hps flowering hoods. The kessils cover 2 foot diameter per light and my hoods are about 2 foot long, so i was thinking out hanging 2 kessils per hood, one at either end that wa it fully covers the area underneath my hood and the enhanced redspectrum would certainly be an added benefit.

I would only use them to supplement hid lighting atm, would not consider going full led only with no hid lighting.

My 0.02....

I wouldn't go full LED with kessils but I would with these on light movers (this baby really runs on 395w total)

something one could do is go with some real LED panels like these, and then put kessils in the spots these don't cover as well (ex: 2 of these on a light mover with a kessil in between)
