Overkill. Reflected light is not as intense as direct light, yes it helps some, but in reality you're just painting to seal the wall and make it look nice and easy to clean. No need to spend 200 bucks on something that will only give marginal gains. Spend the money you saved on more light lol.

yes jsut make sure there is no poly on the other side. it should be between the insulation and you not the insulation and outside walls.

you just want the insulation dry and that accomplishes that. otherwise, humidity from your space would condense on the cold insulation and reduce its effectiveness

this and clean flat white paint reflects better than dirty panda/orca/mylar
