Legalnug Grow Room Saga, 14’x22’, 2week rotation.

OK, Time to move indoors and I am setting up my first grow room.I have 14x22’ to work with. I am also trying to best utilize my 45 plant co-oplimit. (Yes I know I am already 3 or 4 plants over…. LOL)
1- 4’x4’ mommy retreat
1- 4’x4’ – 8 Clone/Veg room
4- 7’x7’ bloom rooms
1- 2.5’x4’ drying room

My plan is a 10 week rotation with harvests every two weeks.
Clone/veg first 4 weeks then into the bloom room for 8weeks.
The four bloom rooms each set up with a modified, chilled, recirculating Water Farm 8pak. 3x6’ SCROG table and still deciding on lights. 2-400wCMH,3-400w CMH or two 600w Gavitas…. 1200w max per room.

Opinions on space setup and clone/veg – bloom lighting are welcome!

I will update with photos as this fantasy becomes reality!

Sounds like a great plan and very nice use of your space. Are you going to use a flipbox for your bloom rooms? Good Luck and ATB!

I had never heard of a flipbox before..... interesting! But no, I will be using either cheap 400w mag ballasts that cost less than a flipbox or….. Leaning towards the Gavitas with built in ballasts if I go 600w

Yep, I looked them up. But they are $120 and don't make sense since 400w mag ballasts are $60 or so.....

Trying to get the garage clean to start building the grow room..... But saving the outdoor plants from the rain is taking up a lot of time. Had to harvest one early due to powdery mildew.... Other two are now undercover and still looking good. If I can keep them going another two to three weeks..... Idon't have any idea what I am going to do with all the product. They are HUGE!

Got into the back yard, stole the BIG girl Sunday night…..Came back last night and got the other girl.

Time to move indoors and get me a BIG MEAN MOTHER of a Rottweiler….



I so hate thieves…..

I'm in S. King near 18 and 167..... Not that I could do much even if i figured out who it was. Good news is that I still got 1 1/2lbs before the rat bastards struck!

one bite at a time.

Just start with the basics and build it in phases, not all at once, as that is a recipe for madness :eyesmoke:

Hey All,

More to keep ME motivated than for anyone’s entertainment….It’s time for an update…. LOL

Things are going as slow as usual….. But I am gnawing on this elephant!

I did tweak my floor plan a bit. Two SCROG rooms, one tree room to play in, mommy and clone room….


Seems I am getting two or three deliveries a day now. Dog and UPS guy are great friends…..



Framing and sheetrock are done. Lining the inside of rooms with panda film. Rewiring to 220v power.




I have made some final decisions…..

SCROG rooms will have DIY DWUC systems…..

One of my most difficult decisions was lighting. They are going to be 400w CMH….. I did LOTS of research and could find no one who has used both 400cmh and 600 HPS who would trade their 400’s for 600’s…. So I am now the proud owner of 16 400w magnetic ballasts!

I will be back updating and asking for more advice soon!

Plan electrical needs so you can get required wiring in the walls. You can never plan enough, you will still need to problem solve / tweak things on the fly.

I am very open to suggestions....

1. SCROG / DWUC compatible
2. GREAT smell / bag appeal
3. High yield

My local dispensary has requested the new Platinum GirlScout Cookie strain.... They even donated a special clone as my first mommyplant!
