I would cut it off and smoke it...let the plant re-direct it's energy onto the other bud-sites.

if its damaged badly it isn't worth saving the one cola, but if its only the top of the cola cut off the dammaged part and the rest will recover. never ganna be what it was ganna be tho....

Same shit has hapened to me b4. No biggie just cut it off. That thing is dead, and if your asking will it come back from dead. NO it wont. It will actually stat growing wierd after you cut that off it gets like wide and fat its pretty cool. Good luck buddy and be more careful with those lights.
