I heard you might be headed to the next BBQ.
Maybe. You're not suggesting you'd dishonor the double jj crowd by starting shit there, are you?

I've made an effort to like, put up with and even tolerate your antics, but dude- these are your demons. Handle them on your own time and leave me out of it.

So you are going to be there.

Halliburton got no bid contracts from the Feds because of lobbying, campaign donations and the revolving door between government and big business- in this case, one of those doors led directly to the vice Presidency.

Economics is about cause and effect. It is fundamental to understanding how things work. I'm unsure you have a solid grasp on the mechanics.
nope no lobbying just war with no declaration....no revolving door there!

General motors.....cause and effect.

the savings rate at my bank is one tenth of a percent.

WTF does GM have to do with the Iraq war?

What does your savings rate have to do with anything?

This is why I say your grasp of the science of economics is weak, friend. If there are connections to be made there, it's your job to draw them.

lol ok.
Bailouts have nothing to do with inelastic currency.
so with inelastic currency, the people's vote of nay gm would have stuck.

i suppose the same could have been said of the people's vote in 1933 of nay on the national bank. I mean it was fresh on their mind back then....year 20 of a 20 year charter.

i guess I am drawing a line to elastic currency subverting the will of the people.

i just wanted to know what you thought about that low interest rate.

The low interested rates we see are indicative of the desire to keep money cheap so those with the ability to borrow can continue to profit easily.

This is a dangerous game, leading to disaster when the economy sours, which it always does sooner or later.

sure it's dangerous.... something like 30% of Joe's and Jill's have no savings and 65% don't have enough for an emergency.

i dare say it might cause bubbles.

"Interested rates..."

Lol.

And keeping the interest rate low helps people with private debt too but facts get in the way of a good know-it-all rant, eh?

Would you rather a wave of foreclosures when people can't pay their mortgage?

since you literally said the white trash was "lawfully" there then you are holding them to a higher standard than the general public.....a label that I assume you are attempting to levy on all the counter demonstrators who were organized as well.

by your logic if the white trash had no permit they would have required no plan and thus had no safety burden as they would have just been the "general public".

so which way is it doggy? equal rights or hold literal white supremacists to a higher standard as you seem to have done here?

equal rights seems easier but you do you.
The City of Charlottsille can require a permit for a large demonstration. And can clear the park of a large protest of the nature of the Nazis march and protest at that park if they don't have one

https://www.aclu-il.org/en/news/when-can-government-require-permit-protest
In some cases, government can require a permit as a condition of protest on public property. For example, government often can require a permit for parades in the streets, given the impact on vehicle traffic. Likewise, government often can require a permit for large protests in public parks and plazas, in order to ensure fairness among the various groups seeking to use the site.

Any large protest march of this nature requires a permit. The counter demonstrators too.

The Facts
Walt Heinecke, a professor at the University of Virginia, told Moyer that he received a “special events certificate of approval” for events at McGuffey Park and Justice Park — sites blocks from Emancipation Park, where white nationalists had a permit for a Saturday rally. A car allegedly driven by James Alex Fields Jr. rammed into counterprotesters, killing a 32-year-old woman, on Fourth Street, which runs adjacent to Justice Park.

Why don't you name the "white trash" for what they are. They were neo-Nazis, KKK and alt right groups.

Also incitement of hatred is not protected speech under the First.

I'm only as right wing as you are. But keep up the smear campaign; your ineptitude is amusing.

Let's hope everyone who's guilty is prosecuted.

I'm interested in Justice.
smear campaign? I'm only pointing out that you are an economic liberal and social conservative. We are good when it comes to the kinds of policies like health care and taxes. I have no idea how your diatribes against Democrats is aligned with these issues. Your tolerance of calling others faggots, your siding with authority of a right wing government regarding blaming Antifa and calling the Russia investigation a distraction belies your right wing authoritarian side. Face it, you are a moderate who leans right on social issues.

That's not a smear. That's just listening to you. You are an entitled privileged white man who is grasping for what he wants.

We are not alike when it comes to social issues.

Actually, there is no legal designation for hate speech. The Nazis in Charlotessville can legally hurl racist epithets at other people and the government isn't supposed to stop it. On the other hand, those are fighting words and Antifa in the crowd will start throwing punches. Mayhem ensues and the police can then shut the protest down. People are arrested, charged and so forth. The march was defeated this way. All of which infuriated the murderer who got into his car and cast shame on all involved in the white supremacist movement.

The strategy requires a small group committed to protecting the streets from active racist demonstrations. It worked beautifully. The murder is on the people who spewed hate at the peace loving people of Charlottessville.

the murder is on the individual murderer.

if you are going to blame a group then you must blame everyone there as one big group.

it's very revealing how you associate in and out of groups at will to fit your agenda.

shooting in Texas from a blm member....."cant judge the group by the fringe element."

baseball shooter....."nothing to see here just a guy, protect the group."

hipocracy at it's finest, good job.
