It doesnt.. I guess I need to draw you a picture...

Maybe you didnt read the post and the subsequent post where I mentioned that poor white people need to get a fucking clue as well...
funny that you made it a point to call out the "entitlement mentality" of black people, but white people were a mere afterthought.

not telling in any way.

So other races have an advantage is what you're saying? Thus implying black people are at a racial disadvantage...so tell me, if black people are apparently disadvantaged by race, how did you become successful?
other races? what i'm saying is white males have an advantage, I'm saying some black males may be successful but a majority aren't even taken serious due to stereotypes...am i wrong?

as a tall, somewhat handsome white male, studies indicate that i definitely do have an advantage.

check that, i would have an advantage if i still worked those kinds of jobs.
Well, to make things fair maybe you should cut off your feet...

Alternatively you could cut off your head but that might kill you :P

Would you please go look up the definition of racism? Because you are incorrectly labeling me and watering down racism to some PC bullshit. Check my sig...

or we could work on getting rid of racial stereotypes that certain people tend to perpetuate.

I have never denied saying anything. It's you who is in the closet boy. You have no valid point here. Do I hate Muslims yeah, do they hate me, yeah so what the fuck is your point? Are you ever going to grow a set and come out with the truth or no? I'm guessing no. But I don't blame you, as a great Rabbi told me long ago, "pity fools for they cannot understand the folly they bring forth" so I am not mad at you I just feel sorry for you.
Have you not figured me out yet? I laugh at racism and religion. I think if everyone treated everyone else fairly then the world would rock out.

However "certain groups" refuse to just let their "us vs them" mentality go. I personally judge people by if they're a prick or not, they could have rainbow coloured skin for all I care.

Sadly Fenderbum, if you've been trying to provoke or bait me into a "seig heil" or some other similar small minded garbage then you'll be sadly disappointed.

what proof do you have that there is no discrimination in the workplace?
we'll see what he comes up with, but i offer this wager:

for every "study" he can dredge up that shows there is no discrimination in the workplace, i will find 10 that say the opposite.

If he disagree's that proves he's either ignorant or a fool.

You made a statement.

  • I'm saying some black males may be successful but a majority aren't even taken serious due to stereotypes...am i wrong?

And I said you were wrong.

Then suddenly you ask a completely different question which was....

  • what proof do you have that there is no discrimination in the workplace?

Now, those 2 statements are not even vaguely related to each other.

Is there discrimination? Yes, in various forms and degrees there is discrimination. But there are many examples of people that have overcome that and more.

Well thank you for creating a total fucking straw man from the internet ether...

He said that most black people were not taken seriously due to stereotypes and I disagreed with him.

You both just created the discrimination angle and somehow implied I made any comment about it.

People claim there is discrimination in the workplace, the top job in the country is held by an African American...

I think the real problem isn't the colour of peoples skin...more the thickness.

lol did you really just edit out part of my quote and use the part that you could use to your benefit? how could i have known what part you said i was wrong about?
you just admitted there is discrimination in the work place..don't try to say anything about those that became successful unless you know the amount that have been discriminated upon..
