hi HE
Can u give some details on the heat sink pleas.
What size ,base plate size, weight ,brand and cost. Did u order it pre drilled and taped?
looks killer :clap::bigjoint:
thanks!
you can find all the info one page #1
yes, pre drilled and tapped. except the holes for the driver which i did manually.
the profiles are anodized and have an electrically insulating coating
total cost with chips and taxes is around 750$ per panel for me
I did not order them online. Cheers!

probably going to go 8 or 7 panels per room. not 9 as in the picture but will have to wait and see what the PAR meter will tell us.

could someone suggest a good, nice looking and efficient driver for this fans?
I don't want to use something bulky\ugly, just to power 2-3 fans max. even to power only one fan, the smaller the better : )

thanks!

I wouldn't worry too much about the fan drivers' efficiency too much. Any voltage source that's rated to handle the current should be fine. I'd consider using 5V for the fans if you can get away with it as it's much quieter and uses less than half the power.

sure I use this to power all my fans. it can handle three fans max. I use it for two easy. ->http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Mean-Well/APV-12-12/?qs=DNaZHaGatO18Qhe0x8zzqQ==
nice, this will power up to 6 of my fans :)
will it be overkill for one fan or does the fan takes only the maximum it can take?

maybe there is even a smaler version you could recommend?
I don't think i'll ever power more than 3 fans on this profile.. looking myself too, but thought I post here too in case someone has a good idea P)

thank you

The only thing you control is the voltage. The fan will draw the amperage it requires.
