Because even before the election, the Liberals were saying they would no restricting access and increasing penalties for those selling outside the legal framework. Maybe you should just... I don't know.... research politicians and platforms before blindly voting for them? Nahhhh. Hope and Change!

do you just slam people because it makes you feel better?
what happened to you?
if i were in your shoes i would try meditating to clear that negative mind and doing some things that make you really happy (unless slamming peoples views makes you happy-then that's another thing) in order to shake that dark cloud away

Unless there is evidence that cannabis is at least as harmful, and we all no there isn't, people ain't buying what she's selling.

I can buy a beer at a coffee shop not that far from me. I don't know what the fuck this lady is talking about, but she clearly isn't even aware of the current situation for alcohol availability in Canada.

I'd be curious to see the numbers spent on people who smoke cigarettes. That would be interesting. Just as a comparsion to alcohol.

I couldn't find anything more recent than this. About the same as booze.
In 2002, tobacco use accounted for $4.4 billion in direct health care costs and an additional $12.5 billion of indirect costs such as lost productivity, longer-term disability and premature death.

the only reason cannabis was on the liberal agenda is because they, like any political party, pander for votes. they could truly not give a shit. and like any good liberal, they'd tax the fuck out of it.
