Miracle grow 8-7-6 liquid plant food...useful for veg?

Personally I would not use MG but thats me personally too many hoorer stories out there. What you have would work for vegging, but starts at a 1/4 strengh or less to start to ensure you will not nute burn your gals....

I used MG nutes on my first two grows both the all purpose for veg and the bloom for flower. Do not use more than 3/4 strength every other water and seriously flush your plants until the water runs clear the last two times before harvest.

If you don't get the MG out of the plant it won't burn right and it will taste sharp even with a good cure. My first batch turned out ok but my second was all f'd up from miracle grow.

Go easy with it and you should be okay. When you can get some good nutes, your plants will thank you and after you smoke you will thank you!

I was basically just wondering if the NPK values are ok on the stuff for veg. Sounds like I'll be ok. Thanks for the heads-up on flushing!

Yeah they will work fine for veg. Do you have plans to get better nutes for flower?

Not really, I got some kind of bloom nutes from walmart. This is just my first bagseed grow under CFLs so I don't really want to spend a lot of money on nutes until I get my setup figured out. After this test run I'll definitely be babying my super silver haze seeds I got though.

it will work fine for your options in veg state. for flowering pick up some bone meal or all purpose bloom food when you decide to flower your plants.

Yeah man thats exactly what I did! I started out in a shed in my backyard with a light and MG nutes. Then slowly over the life of my first grow I built my room and got the whole process figured out.

I've heard good things about advanced nutrients

dont just buy becuase it has a cool looking bottle and cost more. all your doing is making the hydro store rich just buy foxfarms and go buy their schedule and you WILL be amazed. just look at these babys 3 weeks old and one grew 3 inches in a day.

i have bone meal and i was told bone meal is really for outdoors...and i was told to get superbloom...7 dollars and it lasts for 3 yrs...passing on the info

oh, i also use Miracle Gro 24-8-12...something like that...use it less then half strength...so far nothing bad to say.... but for my flowering, planning on superbloom...

dime...is it the soil...or your lights? what are you using?

man....i won't doubt its good soil, but whenever i see pictures like yours at 3 weeks or 4 weeks, they usually say its the lights that made the plant grow that fast.... i know del6666 does his at 12/12 under 600w and they look like those....he uses MG soil...so i doubt its the soil...nice pics though

no i use sum jungle soil shit. i was using mg nutes the lights are VEG BOX, 2-150w cfl 5k 1-200w 5k cfl and 1-125w cfl 27k for the fist two weeks than my BLOOM ROOM is 1-400w hps and mylar shiny , shiny mylar also i didnt want to tell anybody but i think i have perfected a method of delivering c02 to my plants like noone else i force carbonate water untill it cant hold anymore. leave in the keg i force carbonate in for a day. than when the water is so full of c02 that it cant hold anymore i pour it in a spray bottle with 1/4 teaspoon 10-10-10 fertilizer per gallon and mist my plants in the morning. i am still testing this method that will be known as the dimebag method. here a new pic with water jug as reference.

Its probably the soil it has too much fertilizer in it also consider that for a younger plant you cant water it too much or the roots will rot out. I think its overwatering. Overwatering is one of the most popular causes of death to a young hemp plant.
