I watered the indoor girls this morning, they have been on a every 3rd day schedule, but the buckets were way light, and they had the 1st signs of droop. I'll shorten the watering interval to 2 1/2 days and within couple wks it will be every other day, maybe sooner if this heat doesn't break. It's the beginning of wk 3 so I added just a little cha-ching (p/k boost) to the water also, mainly to see if they freak out or not, they won't get anymore for at least a wk, they are a 10wk strain so it's a little early now to try and hammer them.

Anyone have any experience using a p/k boost on Auto's? Mine are the right age to start using some boost,,,, if it's not a bad thing to do.

alls i've seen reading on autos is to not overfert and they will give you the best results, if theyre nice looking and they were mine (ive never done autos) i would not overdo the nutes

I just got some PK, when do I need to use it?
I've always used it wks 4 & 5, but jella uses the canna nutes schedule which states wks 3&4, (based on 8wk strain) and seeing jella's results I'm moving to that schedule. Since the Bay-11's are a 10wk strain I'll probably stick to the 4&5

Great looking girls watt, looking pretty tall for an indoor grow though, you must have a lot of head room to work with.
Yea they passed the 3' mark a few days back, I've only got another 8" of hood lift to go, before I have to play with the rigging, to the last possible 4" of lift. Hopefully the stretch is almost done.

Woh, hang on, hang on....I do the PK weeks 4 & 5 so you are cool. Canna's charts are tricky and really results dependent. Their terminology (Generative Period II) is the perfect moment when the puff balls start connecting up and down the cola's.....usually during week 4 and I go for 3 PK feedings which for me is 9-10 days. The idea is to catch the cola when it stops filling in vertically because the PK is going to switch energy to the production of its girth. They fatten before your very eyes it seems. I do drop my base nutes 1-2ml/gal cause it's hot stuff.

Hey jella, thanks for correcting me. I have these senior moments, or maybe it's just too much hash oil.

Well I have to post this, and it's not good news. Everything was looking real good last Thursday, then I left to go see mom & dad on friday, just got back Sunday evening. To find the Pineapple Express autos outdoors looking like this. PE 1 may be shot, 2 might still have a chance.

There were light rains on thursday, & heavy rains here both fri and sat. I'm thinking that all the rain drove my ph up and flushed all the cal/mag out. If anyone else sees something please chime in.

I FLUSHED all the pots with ph & cal/mag adjusted water soon after discovering.

On another thread jella10 brought up that it looked like they were burnt by overfeeding. And that the over saturated conditions could cause the Osmocote to release to much food. And I believe is correct.

I've since drained as much water as I could out of the rez and have the buckets under the eves if it rains overnight.

The green poison has only shown 1 slightly rusty fan leaf. I'll get a full update here soon.

Indoors update - Day 29. The temps have been super hi never gets below 84 in the room haven't passed 92 yet. I popped 5 Bay 11 seeds and got 5 female, not good for getting some seeds with the first run, but it did give me a chance to view some of the different pheno types. I can see that I have 3 distinct phenos. As jella has mentioned, there seems to be less consistency in the seeds that hit the market these days.

Here's what I've got:
Type A - This one looks to be almost all sativa. Leaves very narrow top to bottom, and a sparser bud structure. I have 2 of these and they are showing heat stress on the tops. I've pushed both out some so they are not directly under the hood.

Type B - This one expresses much more indica. Leaves are wider and the bud structure is much tighter. Only one of these

Type C - This is somewhere in-between A & B its leaves are a mix of A&B and the buds structure is closer to B

Type A - Note the heat stress on the top leaf.

Type C

Type B - I'm thinking this could be the winner.

Watt they all look great to me...but it amazing if they are supposed to be the same seed?
This is a common event with these new crosses.

Sorry to hear about your out door grow man but at least the girls inside are looking really good...

Learned a lot about CRF's (my fert of choice) and coco. I think the Green Poison still has a chance. PE-1 is gone for sure, it was over feed and burnt to the ground. PE-2 is iffy at best, hoping for the sun to pull the moisture out of the medium & stop the feeding. Gonna start some more autos, but with a few changes.

Hempy Brother Watts, you can't pull that "old man" card on me...senior moments are senior hours over here...it's gotta be the hash oil (LOL)
