Yes, all those hundreds of millions of advertising dollars are just "guessed at". Why try and have an accurate ratings system..... it's only the profit margin on the line..... weee!

I agree. The #1 issue at election time was the economy. An overwhelming majority of Americans were against the bailout. Yet most people voted for the two candidates who wanted the bailout. Many Congress members who voted for the bailout were also reelected.

Well if you think this country is supposed to be a democracy ( I like the republic myself) then i guess Fox news is here to stay, since more people watch it than any other news show. you all have to watch it too, since the majority does you must do what the majority says since its a democracy. Gotta love democracy huh? Oh you all also have to get fat, cuz the majority of people are overweight. Democracy is great isn't it? Now bring me more circuses!!!

Lou Dobbs is a rascist drunken douche. He comes to work so drunk sometimes, he slurs his words. He is a narrow minded asshole of the first degree, but I know you are mostly in agreement with his ideas, so what does that make you? I've noticed in my three years or so on this site that the right is increasingly narrow minded and pathetically more ignorant on a day by day basis. I guess the old adage, "ignorance is bliss" is working full time in right wing circles, eh? It is the blatant stupidity of my opposition on this site that has led me to rethink my priorities, and arguing with idiots isn't high on the list. Have a nice day.

I always love how Med stops by once in a while to insult people, then he disappears for a few days before starting all over on some other thread he doesn't agree with.

Ok son school now open..geezzz .......Participants in Nielsen's national sample are randomly selected.To find out who is watching TV and what they are watching, the company gets around 5,000 households to agree to be a part of the "sample" for the national ratings estimates. Nielsen's statistics show that 99 million households have TVs in the United States, so Nielsen's sample is not very large...they just get "some people" to install the sample box...again I ask the question how many people do you know participate in this rating poll...who do you know that does this...Well me not a single person.... so you are told that by a sample of people these are the best shows....and you fall for it...so I guess that would make you the joke...Advertisers love suckers so I guess we can call you "Lollipop" with the Cracker flavor. Hey are you also one of those who still say Christopher Columbus discovery America, because you were told so ????

Savage is a loudmouthed douche............I should start a thread, oh, that's right, Savage is not that popular. Not that many people have ever heard of him, geeze, that's a good thing. His poison spreading is very limited.
