My 2 month olds are small and dying! HELP!

They have been growing but really slowly. the bottom leaves would turn yellow and fall off and this is happening to alot of the leaves now. im not useing nutes but the soil says it feeds for 3 months so im thinking it might have sumthing to do with that.
i flushed the worst one last night to see if that would make a difference and i took the carbon filter out because it felt really humid in there so i thort that could have sumthing to do with it also.
anyone know whats wrong with them?!?!

oh and there were a bunch of fruit flies that made them self at home a couple of weeks ago but i got fly paper and it seemd to work. there was about 20 little fruit flies stuck to it last night and im not sure if they could have caused that on the plants growth and the leaves or what ever so if you have any thorts please let me know =]

are these growing outside?

fromw hat i've seen and read, you really shouldn't be using see-through pots

as you say, those are tiny for 2 months (as i say, depends on outdoor or indoor) but mine were like that after 3 weeks, just super healthy with big leaves.

what soil are you using that has slow release nutes? MG?

i know i shouldnt be useing see through pots and im gonna try fix that up tonight and yeh its a indoor grow. theyr under 4 x 20 watt cool white cfls.
i wouldnt mind if i got just 1 nice ladie out of these but i dont wanna fully kill them all aswell!
its not mg soil but i wouldnt be suprised if its basically the same as mg soil, its just sumthing i grabbed from my home depot shop.

I am using 4 23 watt cfls and my plants are doing great, how close are the lights to the plants as they should be within a few inches.

Like tiptop said grab a soil ph kit and check that out. You said the carbon filter was moist, what dou you have for ventilation? Do those pots have drainage holes?

They look to be in really rough shape if they were mine I would be repotting them with new good soil and giving them some plant food, keep track of how much you water them.

yea coolwhites are 6500k. and even if i was using 2700k veg lights it wouldnt do that to my plants.
ill check them soon and let you guys know how theyr going

Roots do not like light period, this will kill your plant. Repot you plants as quickly as possible and I think that you will see results immediately. Make sure the your soil is well drained, roots to to dry a little to get oxygen and it will assist them in taking in the nutes.

thanks canefan, im going to buy some more pots asap and well see how they go.
i flushed them tonight and yes i ph'd the water. ill update tomoro if theyr getting worse or better
thanks for your help guys =]

Are you monitoring heat in the box? Or in the area of the plants? Have you fans going in some way, air coming in etc.

Heat above 90-2 farenheit will stop them growing, and above 95 for too long and they WILL die.

Heat stress can look like nute burn in some ways as well.

If the soil was ok it should grow fine, unless you were nuting very early? Other than that i just think heat on the appearance.
