MY FIRST GROW (hydro closet setup)

On the clones, looks like not enough blue light and humidity. Mist them when the lights go out.

As for the other plants, what are your temps and how often do you flush them. I like to flush mine once a month to be safe. Keeps them clean and on track.

I set up a little veg/clone area to hopefully hurry along my next set of flowering plants, its got an 4 bulb x 4ft t5 fixture with all blue light in it, and also a 50cfm exaust fan on top and im using a passive intake.. seems to be staying pretty cool, and its mostly light proof.... mostly...

here are some pics...

Oh and btw looks like it wasnt burn on those girls at all, stealth panda i think was right about deficiency.... So now they are back on full strength nutes, hopefully this will help..... I will have pics of the ladies a little later.

Day 25 of FLOWERING
(Day 62 total)

Here are my sick girls, and sickly clones... I put them back on full nutes the flush didn't seem to help at all.. but its ok now i know it was a deficiency right??

Here are the pics, the clones in the root plugs are ones from flowering plants, one of the ones from #6 already took root and i planted it in a solo cup 2 days ago so soon it will start growing again i figure. or maybe a week or 2 more of root development..

Did you mist them with the lights on? You should trim some fan leaves back so the lower buds get light too!

I have not yet invested in a ppm/ec meter, my ph is at 6 and my temps are around 80-85 usually, with co2 in the room also.

No boost yet but i think this stuff i just got might be a sort of boost, so to say... its called Hammerhead.. here is a couple pics of it

And to Dewey, yes i did make that mistake, could that hurt them too???

and the new DWC cloner i made, was far too easy, lol. Im still trying to think of a way to light proof around the foam Stuff, heres the pics..

yeah the light will magnify on the water and create burn spots, what bloom nutes are you giving them currently? that hammerhead seems to be more of a potassium booster.

Check the bottom of page 23 of this journal, all my bloom nutes are there minus the new hammerhead! :bigjoint:

I'm liking the cloner Shakalu =]

Do you still have the lit to that tub?

I would drill holes the size of the rubber plugs, to the lid... you will be able to squeeze the plugs with the cutting into the holes... don't worry if the ends of the clones are not submerged... the popping of the bubbles will create an airoponics effect misting the ends as long as your pump is on... After that, its simple to make it all light tight.

I"m going to have to come back and read up on your thread later on... but at first glance it looks nice

good luck.... peace

Bottom line is you need to get a ppm or a ec meter, I use ec because I like to keep things simple. You should only be using your mother earth bloom and your pure blend boost, and possibly a bit of the cal/mag but I doubt you have a deficiency of mag. All the others are associate with veg. You at this point should be at a solid 1.5 ec of bloom then add .2 of boost (no matter what ec you are at on bloom i.e. 1.7 bloom - 1.9 boost) so get 1.5ec of bloom then up it to 1.7 with boost. Next your going to want to get some silicon, it helps alot with the immunities of plants. Helps yields and plant tissue and going right with your regular nute schedule. So add a specific ml dose of that (based on how many gallon res you have) but after you got your bloom and boost in there cause it will affect your ec. Then ph the enitre batch to 5.8 and stir around like a bitch.

1. So first get urself a meter (cant measure the correct amount of nutes without one)
2. Then I would suggest flushing for about 3 days before the change (always nice to flush)
3. The just start a res and add what I said and let your ec/ppm meter and ph meter do the work.
