my plants are always vertical i need to see a shrink.

do they grow better on the horizontal.

I find my plants grow better vertical than horizontal it seems to distribute the light much better but you have to grow large plants to take full advantage. in my personal opinion I find it to be much better than horizontal but some people will disagree. with the way I grow 'tree' style it seems to work best.
