My brother and a couple of friends get it too. Im talking all day smoking from sun up to sundown and I take huge hits. The smoke dries up my nasal passages.its not frequent but it happens

I got one of these sidewinders and it does a dam good job at cooling down the smoke and filtering out the tar. The best part is you get more of the flower taste like smoking a joint then other pipes. I know you were looking at water pipes but definitely recommend this heres the cheapest place to find it.

I'd recommend a honeycomb or fritter disc perc or even a shower head or mushroom perc I've got a 20 slit mushroom perc dirty Rico things smooth
