Hard year for sure. No bud rot for me yet but still battling PM. Have my 3 strawberry kush plants that will be ready in about a weektmp_27388-received_756360324712535694216883.jpeg
But my mango skunk is still giving me goosebumps. Thing doesnt look like it will be ready till november. Going to start the assembly of a make shift green for her this weekend. She is a monster sitting at over 6 feet tall by 6 feet wide. tmp_32297-received_10979727370319111970812379.jpegtmp_32297-received_19059694994671011279597235.jpeg My girl scout cookie and black jack both. Look like need 2 or 3 more weeks but that is manageable after this rain looks like it will be better low humidity cooler nights for the foreseeable future. tmp_32297-received_20168145116910861764623372.jpegHaven't seen any of them in person in Over 2 weeks. Hopefully I taught my brother good enough. And they arnt full of hidden rot when I get home from out of state.

Made it thru the rain, now instead of 9 days of clouds and sun, its 4 days of rain in the next 10.

Just cant win. I'm gonna take the ones in the pots to as long as they will go to make up for all the early baby bud I'm going to have this year. Such a bummer. Hopefully the forecast changes again and we get a miracle streak of sun. Not holding my breath tho...

Gonna need to start doing the "does this look done" posts soon. Checking trichomes is fine...but I prefer the eye of an expert to be part of the equation as well.

frisian dew

I'm curious if you had any germination issues with them and if the seeds were mature looking ?

I grew a couple in the bush maybe 6 or 8 years ago, they got pretty big for wild girls but I had low germination on subsequent seed packs two years in a row after that, so I gave up on them. Seeds looked immature too. Thinking of using them for pollen chucking some mold resistance into a few other strains.

I didn't have any issues and yes they get TALL. One was the green phenotype and the other the purple. The green matured before the purple. Had some bud rot on one cola with the purple not much but still had it.
