I ordered my AG this weekend so it should be here this week. I cannot wait till it gets here. I am like a friggin child at christmas. All you guys have been a great help as I read through all these posts and I learned a lot so far. I am going to try bag seed at first I think. how often do I put the nutes in the AG? Is it every time I add water? thanks and I will post my pics when I get started.

Hey dudes!
I have a Massive problemo!
ok so i was on a camp for 3 days so i left my Aerogarden on 24hour cycle while i was gone, as far as i know that didnt change. So i get back to check my plants and they all look rlly nutrient burnt, now b4 u link me to "problems and cures" i looked it up and found that its quite clearly nute burn...

So what i did was checked out the roots of my 3 plants and alas they had grown down to the bottom of the tank where all the chunky undisolved bits of the nutes are left over. *smacks head* this is bad.

So
what should i do?
A: Cut down on nutes (only 1.5 weeks into grow) so next nute feed just put one small tablet?
B: Cut nutes untill the plants look better?
C: Get better nutes. note: cannot get fox farm from internet because i'm in Australia but there are other hydro options for me.
D: Post pix, then get advice.

PS: with Ph testing do the PH changers have any effect on the nutes or roots of a plant?

ive yet to see that on the aero garden, hmm, id say get nutrients that arent "pills" or dissolving tablets, i mean just buy some grow and bloom nutrients, theyre liquid.

Hey man i experienced the same problem.. If u have sprouts i suggest u switch to a 18/6 light schedule.. I think maybe the 24/7 might be causing to much heat.. And on top of that since the 1st month i have only been puttin 1 nute tablet in every week. I cut it in half and put it on each side of the ag. I switch it every week.. I put halfs in the front and back the first week then on the sides the next week.. Hope it was a lil help..

na i doubt a disease man.. its either nute burn or the light is to close to the plants and burnin it from the heat

Watz appinin the boyz been readin an am doing the same i use ionics for the first week i used the tabs i get most m stuff from ebay i dnt like ordering fluids as they get checked and ionics has a big fan leaf on the front which dosnt help if the wrong people see i think this may be my paranoyer and a big cfl which is to colours red and blue which is gud for veg and flowering this is about 13 in long cost about £35 and the conection for the mains. i have compared may plants to yours and mine r taller i think 16 in at nearly 6 weeks i also use liquid silacon this helps the main stem get stronger and it also helps with nuts intake and they can with stand more light i start 12/12 last sunday and up to now 1 female and 1 male out of 3 i also had the brown and yellow leafs and this seemed to get better wen i used the liquid silacon i think most of u r from the states i am from merry old fucking england lol the weed is gud but the bags are going smaller and smaller the strain i am using is ment to be big bud x lowryder i dnt think this is true because my plants are bigger than they should be. this is wat i have been told and experanced if there is anythink you dnt agree with let me no cheers

how many weeks from the start r ya mine dnt have as many leafs as yours but its just startin to become a lady just got about 8 pistils ps i cnt spell to save me life lol
