Non dimmable driver control with mosfet ?

Hello , I was wondering if it's possible to switch on and off a LED light without a dimmable driver with something similar to this. - TriGorilla 3D Printer Heating Controller MKS MOSFET for Heatbed Extruder MOS Module https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HCVJ3K2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_RxtZzbET1V9KJ -
My led controller is a Blue Fish with 0-10v pwm outputs . Has anyone done something like this ?
Doable in theory, tricky/expensive in practice. Mosfet regulation relies on the transistor dumping unwanted amps as heat, this means you need a real hefty transistor which is expensive and very energy inefficient.and yeah that amazon gadget will probably work but it will get damn hot if you are dimming your load significantly and all that heat will be drawing down wattage you could be throwin at yer plants.

Oh I wasn't looking to dim I just wanted to turn it on and off. I have a brand new optic 2 led light I got stuck with and I'm trying to incorporate it into my 4 vero29 build. If I can turn it on and off with the other leds that would be great.
